إسرائيل تجعل من غير الممكن أن تلد النساء الفلسطينيّات : إن لم يكن هذا إبادة جماعيّة ، فما هو ؟

تصوّرى أنّك امرأة تلد طفلا في غزّة اليوم في ظلّ حصار قنابل إسرائيل و مدافعها . في كلأّ يوم ، أكثر من 180 امرأة في غزّة تواجه هذا الخطر المهدّد للحياة . لقد علافت عدّة أشهر من الحمل دون الحصول على غذاء كافي و ماء و رعاية صحّية كافيين أو ملجأ لتكونى على إستعداد لوضع إبن أو بنت في صحّة جيّدة و تظلّين أنت نفسك على قيد الحياة . ربّما تصرّفت لتجنّب القنابل و قنّاصة إسرائيل لتبلغى نمستشفى ما . و ربّما لم تستطيعى فعل ذلك . و لعلّك تحتاجين إلى عمليّة جراحيّة قيضريّة للولادة ؛ و إن كان الحال كذلك ثمّة إمكانيّة كبيرة أن تُجرى لك تلك العمليّة دون تخدير أو حتّى كهرباء. و لعلّك كنت " محظوظة " بما فيه الكفاية للولادة في مستشفى ، لتُخلى المكان بعد معدّل ساعات ثلاث من الولادة لترك المكان للجرحى .(1)
في حوار صحفيّ في جريدة " النيويوركار " (The NewYorker ) تحت عنوان " صدمة الولادة في غزّة " ، تصف ديبورا هارنغتن ، أخصّائيّة ولادة بريطانيّة قضت في المدّة الأخيرة أسبوعين في مستشفى الأقصى بغزّة ، تصف كيف كان الوضع .
قبل الحرب الحاليّة ، قرابة 15 بالمائة من النساء الحوامل في غزّة تطوّرت ليهنّ تعقيدات عند الولادة ، و منها تعقيدات تهدّد حياتهنّ . لكن الآن يقدّر أنّ 40 بالمائة منهنّ لديهنّ حمل خطورته عالية ، ذلك أنّ هناك نساء ليس في صحّة جيّدة يضعن أطفالا . و بعدُ هنّ نفسيّا تحت الصدمة و يمكن أن تكنّ غذائيّا مستنفذات . و التعقيدات العاديّة التي يمكن أن تطرأ قد إرتفعت نسبها . لجميع هذه الأسباب تلد النساء الفلسطينيّات في ظروف غاية في الهشاشة . و ثمّ ، حين تضعن طفلا في ملجأ مؤقّت من البلاستيك ، لا تجدن مكانا يحمى خصوصتهنّ . و إذا نزفن دما – و من المرجّح حصول ذلك لمّا تضعين طفلا مبكّرا أو قبل الأوان ، و ألأوساخ تحاصرك و لا وجود للصرف الصحّي و لا لأدوية تخفّف الآلام – عندئذ يرجّح بدرجة كبيرة أن تحصل معك تعقيدات هائلة و من المحتمل أكثر أن يختطفك الموت .
قطع الماء و الغذاء و الدواء = فرض خسارة الجنين ، وقتل للأطفال :
حتّى قبل الإبادة الجماعيّة الثأريّة الإسرائيليّة ضد مجمل سكّان غزّة بسبب هجمات حماس في 7 أكتوبر على إسرائيل ، تسبّب الحصار الإسرائيلي لسنوات طوال لغزّة في أن تصبح زهاء نصف مجمل النساء الحوامل في غزّة تعانين من فقر الدم و فقر في الحديد في الدم و في حاجة يائسة إلى أدوية مكمّلة للحديد إن كنّ لتبقين على قيد الحياة و الإنجاب و ولادة أطفال في صحّة جيّدة .
و الآن بات الوضع أسوأ و أسوأ بكثير . أخبرت الدكتورة هارنغتن " النيويوركار " بأنّه أثناء إقامتها بغزّة : " كافة النساء اللواتى رأيتهنّ كنّ يشتكين من فقر حاد في الدم حسب تحاليل الدم الشاملة . و هذا يعنى أنّهنّ سيضعن على ألرجح مبكّرا ، قبل ألأوان ، و على الأرجح سيكون الأطفال خدّج و قد تمتن عند الولادة لأنّه إذا نزفن لن يظلّ لديهنّ مخزون ."
و شرحت أنّه لا توجد أيّ رعاية أوّليّة في كامل غزّة و أنّ النساء لا تحصلن على أيّ نوع من الرعاية ما قبل الولادة . و النتيجة هي مع النساء المصدومات و المجوّعات ، خسارة الجنين في غزّة إرتفعت نسبتها ب 300 بالمائة في ظلّ القصف الإسرائيليّ بالقنابل . تصوّروا إنكسار القلب و الصدمة و السخط لدي امرأة تعيش ذلك . و قالت الدكتورة هارنغتن :
" أعتقد أنّه لا حاجة إلى خيال واسع لفهم أنّه من المرجّح أن تكون مجموعة سكّانيّة كاملة نفسيّا مصدومة في الوقت الحاضر. لكن بالنسبة إلى النساء ، ما الذى يعنيه ذلك ؟ بالتأكيد أنّ ذلك سيفرز إرتفاعا هائلا في الإنهيارات العصبيّة و القلق و الصدمات النفسيّة و P.T.S.D و هذ سيؤثّر على قدرتك على أن تكونى أمّا . سيؤثّر على قدرتك على توثيق علاقتك بإبنك أو بنتك ، و على رعاية بقيّة أطفالك . و إن كانت لدك أمذا مصدومة نفسيّا فإنّ هذا سيؤثّر على كامل الأسرة لسنوات طوال."
و ذكرت الدكتورة هارنغتن أنّها قابلت العديد من الأمّهات في وضع ولادة في المستشفى و قد جلبن معهنّ أبنائهنّ او بناتهنّ لأقسام الولادة ليموتوا معا أو يعيشوا معا ، بدلا من أن تقتل الأمّ وحدها أو يُقتل الطفل أو الطفلة وحدها و هما منفصلين جرّاء القنابل. و صرّحت امرأة للدكتورة هارنغتن ، " أودّ بالأحرى أن نموت جميعا معا عوضا عن فكرة أن أموت و أتركهم لوحدهم " .
إنّه أمر متعمّد ، إنّه إبادة جماعيّة :
الإبادة الجماعيّة تعنى قتل شعب بأكمله أو قتل جزء منه . في مفهوم إتّفاقيّة الإبادة الجماعيّة الرسميّة ، تشمل الإبادة الجماعيّة إجراءات تمنع الولادات ضمن تلك المجموعة من الناس .
حتّى في هذا العالم من اللامساواة الوحشيّة و الإضطهاد العنيف ، لوكالات الغوث موارد لتقلّل فورا و بشكل دراماتيكي من نسبة خسارة الجنين و تحسّن من نسبة بقاء الرضّع على قيد الحياة في غزّة . إلاّ انّ إسرائيل قد إستهدفت بشكل ممنهج جميع هذه الموارد . فهي تقصف القنابل و تقوم بضربات جوّية و تحطّم نظام الرعياة الصحّية في غزّة . كما تمنع إسرائيل الماء و الغذاء و الوقود و الدواء عن سكّان غزّة . و تقتل إسرائيل الأطبّاء و هم يجرون عمليّات جراحيّة و يقتلون المرضى في المستشفيات ؛ و تقصف قوافل المساعدات .
لا تعتقدون أنّ كلّ هذا يجرى بشكل متعمّد ؟ إستمعوا إلى ما أعرب عنه وزير الطاقة فى إسرائيل بُعيد 7 أكتوبر. فقد كتب على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي إنّه " سنقطع الكهرباء ، و لن يوجد ماء بنافورات المياه الجارية و لن يدخل أيّ وقود [ إلى غزّة ] طالما تحتجز حماس أسرى " . إنصتوا إلى وزير " دفاع " إسرائيل يآف غالنت الذى صرّح : " لقد أمرت بحصار كامل على قطاع غزّة . لن يوجد كهرباء و لا غذاء و لا وقود ، كلّ شيء سيمنع عنهم ... نحن نحارب حيوانات بشريّة و نتصرّف على ذلك الساس ". و هؤلاء الوحوش يعرفون ما يعنيه أن تكون النساء حوامل .
و في حين يجترّ بايدن هراء منافقا عن " تجاوز إسرائيل الحدود " ، يبذل بمعيّة بقيّة حكّام هذه البلاد كلّ ما في وسعهم لإرسال القنابل و الصواريخ و تقديم " المعلومات الإستخباراتيّة " ما يسمح بإقتراف هذه الجرائم ضد الإنسانيّة و تأثيراتها خبيثة بوجه خاص على النساء .
" الإبادة الجماعيّة " ليست شتيمة بل هي جريمة محدّدة ضد الإنسانيّة . و ليست جريمة تاريخيّة عندما يتعرّض لها شعب و تصبح شيئا مبرّرا عندما يتعرّض لها شعب آخر لأنّ ذلك يبدو في خدمة مصالحكم .
فضح الإبادة الجماعيّة و المطالبة بوضع نهاية للأعمال الإباديّة لأيّ بلد من البلدان مسؤوليّة كلّ شخص ليس متواطئا بنشاط أو صامتا تجاه جريمة مروّعة ضد الإنسانيّة .
لذا ، ما هو موقفكم ؟
