ماذا كان جواب الملك محمد السادس إبان زيارته الربيعية لمدينه خريبكة على مطالب شبابها المشروعة والعادلة في الكرامة والشغل والحرية والرغيف الشريف؟
كان هو إعلان الحرب العدوانية الوقائية على المدينة واستباحة حرمات نسائها وأمهاتها وبناتها ووجوه أطفالها وأرحام فتياتها وحياء أشجارها وأغاني عصافيرها ومياهها وأبارها وتوزيع مياه الموت والدمار عبر دبابات وقاذفات وقنابل ورصاص وهراوات واليات عسكرية متطورة مدببة الرؤوس،حتى أصبحت المدينة لا يرتجلها إلا شظايا الغبار وقبعات العسكر،والأسلحة المتطورة المحمولة تنفث الحمم،مما شكل مدينة موازية محمولة من الغزاة والمستعمرين والدخلاء والأجانب،ليبتلعوا ويمضغوا ويسودوا كل ما يقع عليه نظرهم،وكأن هذه المعسكرات والحصارات تواجه العدو الصهيوني في فلسطين أوأمريكا في العراق أو الغزاة الأسبان في سبتة ومليلية والجزر الجعفرية المحتلة.
هذه هي الملكية الاستبدادية المسيطرة والمتحكمة في المغرب،التي قالت للشباب المعتصم والمتمسك بحقه في العمل والشغل،ضع كؤوس المنى والحرية والكرامة والاستقلال،واشرب أنخاب العبودية والاستعباد والمذلة والمسكنة والعار والخيبة واليأس والمرارة والإحباط،ذر قران ابن عبد الله واقرأ فصلا من فصول التلمود المتعدد الوحييات الملكية الديكتاتورية اللاوطنية واللاديمقراطية اللامغربية واللاشعبية واللاإنسانية والصهيونية والأمبريالية والرجعية السعودية.
هذه الملكية التي لم تعد تقتات وتتغذى وتعيش إلا على من دماء شباب المغرب ونساء المغرب وأطفال المغرب،.
هل علينا أن نصدق ونقتنع أن هؤلاء الغزاة من ملوك التتابعة والحميرية وذوي العروش- النعوش- التماثيل- الأصنام- النصب،يمكن أن تكون لهم أدنى صلة رحم أو أدنى علاقة أورابطة دم أو انتماء لتاريخ المغرب والتاريخ العربي الاسلامي أو لابن عبد الله أو علي رأس الثورة؟
كيف ينتسب لخريبكة من يرحل ويهرب ويسكت ويتواطؤ ويتآمر ويترك نساءها وأطفالها وعمالها وفلاحيها في بطن ليل ملكي استعماري أمبريالي صهيوني من حديد؟ هل ينبض قلب بحب خريبكة وعاشقات وعشاق خريبكة وهو لا يهتز له قصبة غضب لما أصبحت عليه المدينة العمالية،أي أنها لا تتولد ولا تتوحم ولا تتنفس إلا من نفايات الدخان والغبار ونفايات ذرات الفوسفاط والسيلكوز وأمراض الرئة ،بمعنى سهل وبسيط وعفي أن خريبكة أصبحت مصدورة كلما لهثت لا تنفث إلا دما وقيحا ونزيفا وحشرجة وموتا،وإذا تمايلت خاصرتها"المثقوبة" تفزع منها وتمتليء منها رعبا ،بعد أن كانت سيدة المعشوقات وسيدة العرائس،وأصبحت مطلوبة إلا من أصحاب القبور الجامدة.
فما دور المكتب اللاشريف الخياني الخبائثي للفوسفاط بقيادة الاسم الأشأم المدعومصطفى التراب،وبالتالي ما وظيفة المندوب الملكي والمقيم الاستعماري السامي الأنحس و الأخرب والأجرب والأجذم عبد اللطيف الشدالي المسمى عامل الملك على خريبكة و اين مناظل الأنتيكات المونيكات الملكية المسمى علال البصراوي الذين وحدهم قصف مدينة خريبكة فأهدوا لكل طفلة وطفل هدية للموت عنقودية وذرية غبارية؟
أليس هذان المعمران الدخيلان اللذين يتلفعان بالأقنعة والأغلفة الأخلاقية للدولة،وهما في الحقيقة والجوهر موظفان بل وعميلان في الدولة السلطانية الديكتاتورية الاستبدادية،لا هم لهما سوى إحكام القيود والكبال والسيطرة والهيمنة والجبروت والعسفوت والرشووت،أليسا فقط من يعكس وجه النظام الملكي الأسود الأسودادي المظلم القاتم،المتنكر للمواطنة وحقوق الإنسان،وبالتالي فهو نظام يفتقد ويفتقر لكل مشروعية ومصداقية وشرعية شعبية؟
إن أمبراطورية الشر والحيف والجور والإرهاب في وجهها الاقتصادي وفي وجهها السياسي وما تزعمه من قوانين وتشريعات وسياسات وممارسات ومسلكيات ،لتجسد هذه الاحتكارية الكارثية الوطنية والدولية التغريب والاستلاب والخيانة الوطنية وهي أداة نوعية قمعية منهجية ترد على المطالب الاجتماعية العادلة السلمية للعمال وأبناء العمال بكل أشكال الإرهاب والعنف حتى أنها أبانت في الأعوام الأخيرة أنها مستعدة للذهاب بعيدا من اقتلاع واستئصال واقتلاع الجذور السكانية الأصلية من الأعماق،ومن يقرأ جيدا صياغات وتصورات ومعايير هذه الحماية الاستعمارية على الثروة الفوسفاطية يخرج بنتيجة واضحة أن الغزوة الجديدة على مدينة خريبكة ليوم 05.06.2012 الأسود والذي سوف يكون مرجعا تاريخيا بارزا عاريا يقبح وجه الملكية وتاريخها وعرشها.،ويفضح ويعري خطاباتها الزائفة وادعاءاتها الكاذبة ،من أن ملكها ملك مغربي وأمير المؤمنين،في حين ما هو أينما حل وارتحل إلا زعيما لشورى التجار والمرابين والاحتكاريين والاستغلاليين والأمبرياليين الفرنسيين والأمريكيين والصهاينة وعملاء وخونة وقتلة شهيدات وشهداء المغرب وإفريقيا واسيا وأمريكا اللاتينية من مدنيين وعسكريين ومثقفين وجنود وعمال وطلبة،دائما مصحوبا ومرافقا بالإرهاب العسكري البوليسي ليكشف لمن لا يزال يتردد ويتذبذب في معرفة حقيقة الملكية القائمة في المغرب كإقامة استعمارية ووريثة شرعية للاستعمار والأمبريالية واستيطانية واحتلالية،وإلا كذبوني ولو لحظة لماذا ،كل هذه الحصارات للمدينة وضربها بكامل القسوة والرعب والعنف،فملها من مزايا منذ قيام هذا النظام الأيكس- ليباني الاستعماري إلا وهو على غبائه وبلادته وجبنه ورعونته لا يصنع إلا الدمار وصناعة الموت والدمار الشامل واعتماديته واتكالياته على آليات حربية عسكرية بوليسية جندرمية وضد من؟ضد الأطفال ووجوه النساء ،وتكسير البيوت وتحطيم السقوف فوق رؤوس الساكنة،والأبله من هذا هو هروب النظام الملكي إلى فبركة واختراع التهم الملفقة وإصدار الأحكام المسبقة،كل هذه الغزوات وإشعال الحروب ضد خريبكة هو فقط من أجل ضمان واستمرار واستدامة وتخليد وتأبيد احتكار واستغلال وحماية مافيات وعصابات الفوسفاط.
إن من تابع وحضر وشهد الهجمة القمعية البربرية لجيش الملك وبوليس الملك ودرك الملك وبلاطجة الملك على المواطنات والمواطنين،يلاحظ طبيعة النزعة الحيوانية المتوحشة والطبيعة الفاشية لرجالات البوليس والدرك ومختلف القوات القمعية فلا تستطيع إلا تشبيههم بثيران أسبان متعطشة لسف دم الخصم ونهش لحم الغير،يزدادون هياجا وتغيظا وزفيرا كلما شموا رائحة الفوسفاط،فتصيبهم حمى الذهب الأصفر والتراب الأرمد وجنون الأهواء وحسابات الربح والخسارة وإرضاء الأسياد وأصحاب النفوذ طمعا في الترقي والصعود نحو سلالم ودرجات الحيوانية الجهنمية اللا إنسانية،وكيف لا وهذه هي ايديولوجية محمد السادس الذي ليس بالحداثي وليس بالديمقراطي وليس بالعصري بل خليط "مجخلط" من الحداثة ومن الرجعية والتخلف وما ذا ننتظر من قوات قمعية ملوثة العقول والنفوس والضمائر؟
إن خير ما يمكنني أن أصف به النقائض والأغاليط والتناقضات لنظام محمد السادس اللانظامي والفوضوي والمزركش والمزوق ،هو وصف المؤرخ والفيلسوف والمثقف الذي وصف بعمق وحكمة صورة الحداثة في المغرب بالذات التي عاشها وعايشها وعاصرها "كلما كانت أمة تأتي إلى العالم العصري في وقت متأخر،عاشت أكثر في منظر باهت الألوان" الايديولوجية العربية المعاصرة.
فلماذا لم نسمع ولا كلمة استنكار وتنديد واحتجاج من الملك ضد مظاهر الاستبداد والجور والعسف في حق الإنسان؟بل إن نظام محمد السادس الذي ورثه عن والده الحسن الثاني النظام التخلفي التخليفي المتناقض بالمطلق مع الديمقراطية والكرامة والحرية وحقوق الإنسان ولا يمكن أن نظاما ديمقراطيا حداثيا مدنيا علمانيا يفصل بين الدين والدولة،بل "إن فلسفة نظام محمد السادس بلغت استبداديته وديكتاتوريته وظلمه وجوره و عسفه هو أشبه بسرير بروكروستيس،الذي تتلخص مضمونه"أن الديكتاتور يعترض طريق المواطنات والمواطنين ،ويرغمهم قسرا وإكراها وغصبا على أن يرقدوا فوق سريره الصغير.إذا كان هؤلاء المواطنات والمواطنون طويلي القامة ،فيبتر ويقطع أرجلهم حتى يتناسبوا مع امتداد السرير الملكي ، وإذا كان هؤلاء المواطنات والمواطنون قصيري القامة فإنه يرغمهم ويكرههم على الرقود على سريره ويمدد أطرافهم حتى يجعل قامات الجميع مطابقة لطول السرير"
وهذا هو نظام محمد السادس وتجلياته في مدينة العمال ،والسياسة العنصرية العرقية في حق المواطنات والمواطنات المطالبين بالشغل الكريم والعيش الحر النزيه ،والتي وصلت سياسته الطبقية إلى التفنن والإبداع في خلق وضعيات حصارية وحالات استثنائية،والتدخل والتعمق والتوسع في الروح الإنسانية وجعل المواطنات والمواطنين الأصليين مجرد لاجئين ومهمشين ومقصيين وجاليات مقيمة وعبيد وإماء وجوار وغلمان ورعايا وتابعين وتابع التابعين في خدمة وتحت رحمة طبقة وعصابة ومافيا حرة وسيدة وشديدة وقوية على المستضعفين والفقراء والمضطهدين والمعذبين ،لكن ذليلة ومحتقرة ومهانة ومنبطحة وموطوءة ومنكوحة أمام الامبريالية والصهيونية والرجعية الخليجية
إن معسكرة خريبكة وترييف خريبكة ومدننة الجهل والتخلف والاستبداد والديكتاتورية،فلكي لا ترقى خريبكة إلى مفهوم المدينة "بوليس" إلى مدينة العلم والمعرفة والثقافة والحارة،بل تبقى خارجة وعارية من وعن مفهوم المدينة،مقصورة ومحصورة ومنحسرة ومختزلة في الحياة البيولوجية الحيوانية التناسلية،وبعبارة أكثر سياسية معاصرة ،حتى تبقى خريبكة لا يرقى سكانها إلى الكائنات الإنسانية السياسية الفلسفية المنطقية العقلية المثقفة المتحضرة المتمدنة الفلسفية العاقلة العاشقة المتذوقة والمتحاورة،إن محمد السادس لا تحلو له الحياة والملك والعرش إلا مع كائنات بيولوجية متوحشة من عبيد يباعون ويشترون مثل الحيوانات يجري عليهم البيت الشعري للمتنبي
لا تشتر العبد إلا والعصا معه......إن العبيد لأنجاس مناكيد.
وحتى يمنع النظام كل صعود للصراع الطبقي الاجتماعي ،عمل مهندسوا وأفندينات المكتب اللاشريف للفوسفاط علي سياسة رجعية عرقية تجلت على كل المستويات منها منع وحرمان وإقصاء وإبعاد بنات وأبناء المدينة من ولوج ميدان الشغل بالإدارة الفوسفاطية ،وألغت الدرجات الدنيا من1.2.3.4.5 وأبقت على الدرجات العليا لمنع تنمية وتنضيج الصراع الاجتماعي والطبقي،واتبعت سياسة ارتشائية لتوهيم العمال بأن من مصالحهم تنكب الانخراط في العمل النقابي الجاد ،بتنظيم ألاف الرحلات الترفيهية وبأثمنة ملائمة،حتى تسود ثقافة الأنانية والانتهازية والبيروقراطية والرشووطية.
ولم تكتف سياسة الاستيطان والاحتلال والاستعمار بهذا ،بل سنت مجموعة إجراءات تعسفية لتقسيم وتوزيع المدينة وتجزئتها لتبقى الأفراد في شرنقاتهم الذاتية المنغلقة على الحيز الأسري الفردي الأناني الضيق،حتى يسهل ضرب تضامنهم الاجتماعي الطبقي وإخضاع الطبقة العاملة للمراقبة والكشف والترصد،وإلا هل كان في إمكان هؤلاء المرتزقة والعملاء والجبناء أن يفرضوا على المدينة حظر التجول والاعتقالات والعقوبات الجماعية والسجون وترك المدينة تحت الاحتلال العسكري حتى أصبحت خريبكة الحرة عبارة عن حقيقة سافرة غير محكومة بأية معايير سوى معايير العدوان والهجوم والغزو على سيادتها وكرامتها واستقلالها وحق تقرير مصيرها ومستقبلها.
وهل لو اتحدت إرادة العمال والعاملات يمكن أن يتحول قطاع الفوسفاط الحيوي والاستراتيجي،غلى شركات المناولات الطفيلية والاستغلاليات العشائرية الأسرية من زوجات ورجالات النظام؟ يتحكمون في الثروة الفوسفاطية والمدينة والساكنة وفي مصيرها وتوجيهها نحو المصالح الطبقية الاحتكارية الاستغلالية؟
هل كان للنظام الملكي ومندوبه الاستعماري الإحتلالي الاستيطاني أن يحقق كل هذه الغنائم والمراغم ،لو لم يفرغ المنظمات السياسية والنقابية والجمعوية،حتى يخلو له الجو ويوظف الساكنة والتركيبة السكانية التي صنعها مثلما شاء وأحب لخدمة وطوع متطلبات ومفروضات وحاجيات الرأسمالية البربرية المتوحشة الأمبرياليى بقيادة ملكية تقيم عرشها على زرع الموت والقحط واليأس في شرايين النساء والأطفال؟
هل كان للملك الاستحواذي الافتراسي ونظامه المسيطر والمتحكم في عوائد الفوسفاط،ومن الطبيعي والواقعي والبديهي أن يكون لمن يتحكم في عوائد الفوسفاط ،وفي رؤوس الأموال المتدفقة ،أن يتحكم أيضا في تركيبة المدينة الجديدة،وعلى رأس هرم العلاقات تمركز النظام الملكي كصاحب القرار السياسي والاحتكار الاقتصادي،وما زيارته لخريبكة من أجل الفقراء ورفع المظالم والظلم والحيف والجور ،بل ما زارنا إلا لتعزيز وتدعيم وتثبيت دعائم حكمه بطبقة جديدة من الموالين والمستعبدين وعبيد المرحلة :التراب مراد الشريف..... المندوب الملكي العميل الجديد والباشوات والقواد والشيوخ والمقدمين والبلاطجة والبوليس والدرك وعمداء الجيش..
هذه الطبقة المتنفذة الماصة الدماء واللحوم والعظام والأمخاخ والعقول متاجرة ومستثمرة ومشكلة كتلة اقتصادية وسياسية متحكمة برؤوس الأموال والمصارف والبنوك والشركات والتروستات،وهي طبقة تحمل عرش الاستعمار وحافة بالكرسي الملكي الاهتزازي وتحمي مصالح الغرب الاستعماري وتضمن تدفق الخيرات الوطنية الفوسفاطية والمعدنية في الأسواق الأمبريالية وتأبيد وتخليد العلاقات الاستعمارية الاستغلالية ومنع أية ثورة عمالية وشعبية تهدد مصالح الاستعمار وتحدث تغييرات جذرية بنيوية تعيد الوطن إلى الشعب وتخلق حركة سياسية ونقابية عمالية ثورية جماهيرية وحدوية تقدمية مستقلة وتشييد وبناء حزب أحمر عمالي شيوعي ثوري مستقل.
لهذا تحرص الملكية على إتباع سياسة استيطانية عنصرية عرقية طائفية طبقية تمييزية،حتى أصبح نسب العاملات والعاملين في أمبراطورية الشر الفوسفاطية تفوق عشرات المرات السكان الأصليين المطرودين والمنتزة أراضيهم وأبناء وبنات الذين استشهد ومات آباؤهم في غيران الموت ،لينعم المحظوظون والأثرياء والملوك والاستعمار بكل أنواع ملاذ الحياة ونعيمها.
إن خريبكة اليوم مستلبة مستغربة يطفو على سطحها " جيل النيدو والشيكن ناغتس" مقابل طبقة رأسمالية المتنفذين
