منذ اكثر من سنة وناشط حقوق الانسان والمدرس السيد فرزاد كامانجر قابع في السجون الايرانية لاسباب غير معروفة. ولم يُسمح لحد الان لاسرته ومحاموه بمقابلته. يعاني السيد كامانجر من النزيف بعد تعرضه للتعذيب، وبالتالي فوضعه الصحي في خطر.

وفقاً للمعلومات الواردة في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2007:
تعرض ناشط حقوق الانسان والمدرس السيد فرزاد كامانجر للاعتقال التعسفي من قبل ضباط من جهاز الاستخبارات الايرانية في يوم 18 آب/أغسطس 2006 لاسباب لم يتم الافصاح عنها.
وتم احتجاز السيد كامانجر في سجون كامياران وكرمنشاه وساننداج والغرفة رقم 209 السيئة الصيت في سجن افين. ولم يُسمح لحد الان لاسرته ومحاموه بمقابلته.
يعاني السيد كامانجر من النزيف بعد تعرضه للتعذيب. وبالتالي هناك جروح خطيرة في ساقه اليسرى. وأثناء وجوده في السجن اصيب بحالات من التهابات المسالك البولية المتكررة، والتي ، اذا ما تركت دون علاج، يمكن ان تتحول الى مرض اكثر خطورة من مجرد اعراض غير مريحة للمريض.
السيد كامانجر عضو في مجلس ادارة "اتحاد كامياران للمعلمين" وعضو في هيئة التحرير لمجلة "رويان".
موقف ومطالب منظمة الدفاع الدولية:
تدين منظمة الدفاع الدولية الاعتقالات التعسفية التي يواجهها نشطاء حقوق الانسان في ايران وتعرب منظمة الدفاع الدولية عن بالغ قلقها إزاء تزايد قمع السلطات الايرانية لنشطاء حقوق الانسان بالذات.
تدهورَ احترام اساسيات حقوق الانسان في ايران في العام 2007، لا سيما حرية الرأي والتعبير. التعذيب وسوء المعاملة منتشر في مراكز الاحتجاز، بالاضافة الى الحبس الانفرادي الذي يستخدم مراراً لمعاقبة المحتجين السلميين ونشاطاتهم السلمية. ويتم قمع حرية الصحافة وحرية الرأي والتعبير بشكل رئيسي وبشكل منهجي في ايران.
حالات المضايقة والتخويف هذه ما هي الا انتهاك مباشر للحق في حرية التعبير وحرية التجمع، على النحو المنصوص عليه في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، والذي ايران دولة طرف فيه، وكذلك انتهاك لاعلان الامم المتحدة بخصوص المدافعين عن حقوق الانسان، الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة للامم المتحدة في كانون الاول/ديسمبر 1998. هذا الاعلان يضع الخطوط العريضة لواجب الدول في اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لحماية المدافعين عن حقوق الانسان من العنف والاجراءات التعسفية.
القانون الدولي
العهد الدولي للحقوق المدنية والسياسية ينص على ما يلي :
المادة 7
لا يجوز إخضاع أحد للتعذيب ولا للمعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو الحاطة بالكرامة. وعلى وجه الخصوص، لا يجوز إجراء أية تجربة طبية أو علمية على أحد دون رضاه الحر.
المادة 9
1. لكل فرد حق في الحرية وفى الأمان على شخصه. ولا يجوز توقيف أحد أو اعتقاله تعسفا. ولا يجوز حرمان أحد من حريته إلا لأسباب ينص عليها القانون وطبقا للإجراء المقرر فيه.
2. يتوجب إبلاغ أي شخص يتم توقيفه بأسباب هذا التوقيف لدى وقوعه كما يتوجب إبلاغه سريعا بأية تهمة توجه إليه.
3. يقدم الموقوف أو المعتقل بتهمة جزائية، سريعا، إلى أحد القضاة أو أحد الموظفين المخولين قانونا مباشرة وظائف قضائية، ويكون من حقه أن يحاكم خلال مهلة معقولة أو أن يفرج عنه. ولا يجوز أن يكون احتجاز الأشخاص الذين ينتظرون المحاكمة هو القاعدة العامة، ولكن من الجائز تعليق الإفراج عنهم على ضمانات لكفالة حضورهم المحاكمة في أية مرحلة أخرى من مراحل الإجراءات القضائية، ولكفالة تنفيذ الحكم عند الاقتضاء.
4. لكل شخص حرم من حريته بالتوقيف أو الاعتقال حق الرجوع إلى محكمة لكي تفصل هذه المحكمة دون إبطاء في قانونية اعتقاله، وتأمر بالإفراج عنه إذا كان الاعتقال غير قانوني.
5. لكل شخص كان ضحية توقيف أو اعتقال غير قانوني حق في الحصول على تعويض.
المادة 10
1. يعامل جميع المحرومين من حريتهم معاملة إنسانية، تحترم الكرامة الأصيلة في الشخص الإنساني.
وتكرر منظمة الدفاع الدولية ان ايران وبصفتها عضو في مجلس حقوق الإنسان، فانها قبلت بالالتزام باعلاء اعلى المعايير لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الانسان.
ونؤكد بان منظمة الدفاع الدولية ستواصل مراقبة حالة نشطاء حقوق الانسان في ايران عن كثب.
