[4] إشكالية كراهية العلوم والرياضيات من قبل تلاميذ وطلاب المدارس في مراحل التعليم الأساسي:
بدأت تَطفو على السطح في السنوات العشر الأخيرة إشكالية كبرى بين تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية، وطلاب المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية، ألا وهي نبذ مادتي العلوم والرياضيات بفروعهما المختلفة؛ ففي الابتدائي مقرر العلوم والحساب؛ حيث ينقسم الأخير إلى حساب وهندسة، ثم في المرحلة الإعدادية علوم وجبر وحساب مثلثات، ثم في المرحلة الثانوية إلى أحياء وكيمياء وفيزياء، وجبر وتفاضل وتكامل، وميكانيكا وإستاتيكا، بالإضافة إلى مادة الإحصاء، وتلك الإشكالية موجودة، ليست في مصر وحدها، بل انتشرت في كافة ربوع الدول العربية، وأكبر دليل على ذلك عزوف أكثر من ثلثي طلاب مرحلة الثانوية العامة عن دخول الأقسام العِلمية، سواء علمي علوم، أو علمي رياضية، واختيار أكثر من 70% منهم القسم الأدبي؛ حيث دراسة العلوم الاجتماعية؛ كالجغرافيا والتاريخ، والعلوم الإنسانية؛ كعلم النفس وعلم الاجتماع، وبدلاً من الإحصاء يتمُّ دراسة الاقتصاد، ممَّا يعني أن عدد خريجي الثانوية العامة من الأقسام العلمية قليل بالمقارنة بالقسم الأدبي، وذلك على عكس ما كان موجودًا قبل عام 2000؛ أي في الألفية الماضية، فإذا كان عدد المنتسبين للأقسام العلمية قليلاً، فبالتالي يكون عدد خرِّيجيها أقل من الأدبي، وبناءً عليه يكون عدد المُلتحقين بالكليات العِلمية المختلفة الذين حصلوا على مجاميع ودرجات تُؤهِّلهم إليها سيكون نسبة قليلة جدًّا من العدد الكلي كل عام من الحاصلين على الثانوية العامة، مما يُنذِر بمشكلة كبرى في المستقبل القريب، وسوف يكون له عواقب كبيرة على مستقبل دولنا العربية.
وترجع هذه الإشكالية للعديد من الأسباب، والتي سوف نُحاول أن نُسلِّط الضوء على بعض منها؛ حتى نكون قد قمنا برمي حجر في المياه الراكدة، لكي تنتبه الدول والمجتمعات والأُسرة وأولياء الأمور والطلاب لذلك، مُحاولين إيجاد حلول سريعة وناجعة لها:
1- التقدُّم والتطور والانتشار التكنولوجي الهائل والسريع؛ حيث أصبح في يد كل طالبٍ كمبيوتر لوحيٌّ خفيف محمول معه في كل مكان، وفي أي زمان، يتصفَّح من خلاله كافة المواقع، ويصل به إلى أي بقعة من بقاع الأرض بالصوت والصورة لحظة بلحظة، لدرجة أنه لم يعد هذا الطفل يحب القراءة ولا الكتابةَ باستخدام الورقة والقلم، وعليه فكيف يقوم بحل المسائل الرياضية بالوسائل التقليدية للتعليم والتعلم، وقد أصبح يستخدم شاشة ذكية بلمس الأصابع بدون جهد وتشغيل عضلات الكف واليد، ولم يعد يُريد أن يُخزِّن في رأسه أي معلومات علمية على الإطلاق؛ لأنه وبكل بساطة إذا أراد إجابة لسؤال يسأل الكمبيوتر، كان في الماضي حتى سنوات قريبة، لا بد وأن يحفظ تلاميذ الابتدائي جدول الضرب، أما الآن ومع انتشار الآلة الحاسبة الإلكترونية التي أصبحت في التليفونات (الهواتف) المحمولة، وبأجهزة الكمبيوتر بكافة أشكالها، فلماذا إذًا يُشغِّل رأسه ويتعب حاله في حفظه؟!
وإذا لم يجد إجابة شافية لسؤاله على الجهاز الشخصي الخاص به، يذهب سريعًا إلى مُحرِّك البحث العملاق "غوغل" ويَسأله؛ لذا يُسمِّي البعض هذه السنوات بعصر جوجل، وعندما يَحصُل على الإجابة بصورة كاملة لا يَقوم بكتابتها أو حفظِها في رأسه، بل على أقصى تقدير ينسخها في ملف ويحفظها على ذاكرة جهازه، ولا يشغل باله بملء شيء من ذاكرته الطبيعية بمخِّه؛ حيث يقول هؤلاء الطلاب: لماذا أشغل جزءًا من مخي بمعلومات موجودة على الذاكرة الصُّلبة للكمبيوتر.
2- حب الحفظ والاسترجاع عن الفهم والتحليل والتركيب، أو استخدم المستويات الدنيا من التفكير عن المستويات العليا منه؛ لأنه ما زلنا نستخدِم طريقة التلقين من طرف المعلم للمتعلم بدون تغذية راجعة، والبُعد عن استخدام إستراتيجيات التعلم الحديثة، التي تَعتمِد على أن يكون الطالب هو مِحوَر ومركز العملية التعليمية، وطرائق التدريس التي تعتمد على النقد والتحليل، وتنمية مهارات الابتكار والإبداع، والتعلم باللعب، وعصف الذهن، أدَّى ذلك كله إلى استسهال الطلاب الحصول على المعلومات، بدون تعب ولا جهد، طالما تُقدَّم له هكذا، وطالما طريقة التقويم تعتمد على نفس الأسلوب؛ فالتقويم مثله مثل التدريس لا يُراعي الفروق الفردية بين المتعلمين، ولا يَخرُج عن حدود الحفظ والاستظهار فقط؛ لذا نجد أعدادًا غفيرة من المتعلمين والخرِّيجين من الجامعات والمعاهد العليا، ولكنهم بدون ثقافة؛ حيث إن أبسط تعريف للثقافة أنها كل ما يظلُّ بعقل المتعلِّم بعد أن ينسى تفاصيل ما تعلمه، ومن اطلاعنا على طرق التعليم والتعلم نعرف أن المتعلم دخل وخرج من العملية لم يكتسب شيئًا سيظلُّ موجودًا بعقله؛ لذا فقد تحوَّلت العملية التعليمية إلى عملية محو أمية من القراءة والكتابة، إلا من رحم ربي من المَحظوظين الذين نالوا قسطًا جيدًا من التعليم في نوعيات معينة من المدارس والجامعات، ولكن نسبتهم ضئيلة جدًّا بالمقارنة بأعداد الخريجين!
3- الخوف من الفهم: هناك شخص (إنسان) لا يريد أن يتحاوَر، بل يريد أن يطرح رأيه ووجهة نظره وفقط، ويتجنَّب بكل الوسائل النقاش والسماع من الطرف الآخر، وذلك خوفًا من أن يفهم شيئًا جديدًا يُغيِّر أو يَرفُض كل ما برأسه، وهذا يُذكِّرني بأحد زملائي في مرحلة البكالوريوس، كنت أجلس بجواره بالمُدرَّج أثناء محاضرة في مقرر "الكيمياء التحليلية"، ووجدته لا ينظر ولا يستمع لما يقوله الدكتور أستاذ المادة، بل كان يَكتُب ويُنسِّق محاضرةً أخرى في مقرَّر آخَر، فسألته بصوت خافتٍ مندهشًا: لماذا لا تُعير للمحاضرة أي انتباه؟ فنظر لي ورد ببساطة شديدة، الكيمياء مادة تَحتاج إلى فهم، وأنا لن أبذل أي مجهود يَشغل رأسي بالفهم، أنا أعشق المواد التي تعتمِد على الحفظ، وأَحصُل فيها على أعلى الدرجات، قاطعته: ولكن نحن في كلية عِلمية، والمفروض أن معظم المواد تحتاج إلى الفهم أولاً ثم يليه الحفظ؟! فنظر لي نظرة يريد أن يقول لي فيها: "أنت لا تفهم شيئًا!" كل المواد ومَن يَدرُسها لا يُريدون في ورقة الإجابة سوى الحفظ؛ فهم يَقيسون الإجابة النموذجية بالكيلو، بالكمِّ وليس بالكيف، كانت تلك الواقعة ونحن في الفِرقة الثانية، ومرَّت سنوات الكلية، وحصل هذا الزميل الذي يعد "مسجل كاسيت" على درجة البكالوريوس بتقدير جيد جدًّا، وكان ترتيبه الثاني على شعبته التي تخرَّج منها!! وقد علمت منذ مدة أنه حصل على درجتي الماجستير والدكتوراه في وقت قياسي وبسرعة فائقة، وقد أصبح باحثًا علميًّا في أكبر مركز بحثي بجمهورية مصر العربية الآن، وذلك بسبب الحفظ، وليس الفهم الذي لا يصدِّع به رأسه، فالحِفظ خير وأقصر طريق للتفوق والرقي في تلك الدولة العجيبة، وقد ناقش الفيلم السينمائي "الثلاثة يشتغلونها"؛ تلك المسألة؛ حيث نشأت على الحفظ والتذكر لدرجة كان والد البطلة يقوم بتسميع الكتب لها، فكانت تحفظ حتى عدد صفحات الكتاب، وزن ورق الكتاب وألوان طباعة الكتاب وفهرس الكتاب، وبالفعل تفوَّقت بالثانوية العامة، واستطاعت أن تكون الأولى على شهادة الثانوية العامة على مستوى الجمهورية، ولكنها بدأت تُواجِه مشاكل الحياة وتتفاعَل مع الناس والمجتمع بشكل أوسع عند التحاقها بكلية من كليات القمة، وتعرَّضت للعديد من الصدمات والمشاكل التي سبَّبت لها الأزمات النفسية والاجتماعية، إلى أن اكتسبت خبرات عديدة، أفهمتها أن الحياة لا يمكن أن يتعامل معها الإنسان بالحفظ وفقط دون فهم وتفكير وتدبُّر للأمور، وإلا ضاع الإنسان، فإن الجائز أن يُحقِّق الحفظ تفوُّقًا علميًّا ودراسيًّا، ويَحصُل الشخص على شهادة عالية جدًّا، ولكن لا يحقق له الحفظ دون فهم استقرارًا نفسيًّا ونجاحًا حياتيًّا كبيرًا.
4- حال خريجي الكليات العلمية الصعبة بعد تخرجهم: دائمًا ينظر الطالب الصغير لأخيه أو قريبه أو جاره الذي تعِب وبذَل العناء الكبير خلال دراسته في كلية الهندسة أو الطب أو الصيدلة أو العلوم أو الطب البيطري أو الزراعة... إلخ، وبعد ذلك لم يجد عملاً في مجال تخصُّصه، وإذا وجد يجد بعد مرور عدة سنوات، وإذا التحق بعمل لا يكون مُجزِيًا، والكثير من خريجي تلك الكليات مارسوا أعمالاً بعيدة كل البعد عن تخصصاتهم الدقيقة، بينما خريجو الكليات النظرية كالآداب والحقوق والتجارة... إلخ، وفَّروا الكثير من الجهد والوقت والمال، وكانت النتيجة النهائية بعد التعليم والتخرُّج واحدة أو مساوية لخريجي الكليات العِلمية، بل وفي أحيانٍ كثيرة تكون فرص خريجي الكليات النظرية أكبر من زملائهم العِلميِّين، إذًا فلماذا يرهق نفسه هذا الطالب في دراسة العلوم والرياضيات بدون جدوى حياتية أو اقتصادية في المستقبل؟!
5- ضعف الإنفاق على البحث العلمي وإهمال العلماء: تغيَّرت نظرة المجتمع للعلماء بسبب اهتمام الدولة بجميع مؤسَّساتها وأجهزتها المعنية بفئات أخرى بعيدة كل البُعد عن العلماء والنابغين في العلوم، برغم أنهم سهروا الليالي وأنفقوا جميع ما يَملِكون، وضاع منهم العمر في سبيل العلم والبحث العلمي، برغم أن الدولة ما زالت لا تُنفِق إلا الفتات من الدخل القومي لها، وهذا إن دلَّ فإنما يدلُّ على عدم اقتناعها بالدور المهمِّ الذي يقوم به البحث العلمي، والذي من خلاله يتمُّ القضاء وحل معظم مشاكل المجتمع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والزراعية والصحية.. إلخ، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الإعلام الضوء على الرياضيين - خاصة لاعبي كرة القدم، والفنانين والفنانات، وتَخصيص مُعظم صفحات الجرائد والمجلات وأكثر وأفضل الساعات التليفزيونية الفضائية لهم، مما رسخ في أذهان الناس بشكل عام وفي عقول الأطفال والطلاب بشكل خاص أن هذه الفئات هي القُدوة، وهي التي تمتلِك الفلوس والنفوذ والشهرة، بينما العلماء شخصيات يتمُّ تكريمها بعد موتها، ولا يقدم لها الدعم المطلوب.
6- ترسيخ الفهلوة كقيمة حياتية داخل نفس النشء الجديد: وهي قيمة سيئة من منظومة قيم الاستهلاك؛ فالدول التي لا تنتج غذاء البطن ولا معرفة العقل، لا بدَّ وأن تكون دولة مُستوِردة للغذاء والدواء والعِلم والمَعرِفة، وبالتالي يعتمد اقتصادها على النمو وليس التنمية، فلا تنمية ذاتية، ولا تنمية بشرية، ولا تنمية اقتصادية، ويَنتشِر بهذا المجتمع ظواهر النصب تحت مسمى الشطارة والخفة، حتى وصل الأمر إلى التعليم والتعلم والحصول على الدرجات العِلمية، وتُصبِح الفهلوة في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية أسهل بكثير، مُقارنةً بالعلوم العلمية والتطبيقية والبحتة، وبالتالي لا بدَّ من الابتعاد عن هذه الدراسة الصعبة التي لا تتَّفق مع قيَمِ الاستهلاك السريع "التيك أوي"!

5- Double the spending on scientific research and the neglect of scholars have changed society s perception of scientists because of the attention of all state institutions and agencies concerned to other categories are far from scientists and talented in science , although they partied nights and spent all their possessions , and lost their life for the sake of science and scientific research , Although the state continues to spend only the crumbs of its national income , and this indicates that it shows a lack of conviction of the important role played by scientific research , and through which the judiciary is solving most of the problems of the community of economic, social , agricultural and health .. Etc. , in addition to shedding the media spotlight on the athletes - especially football players , and actors and actresses , and the allocation of most of the pages of newspapers , magazines and more and better watch satellite television for them , which cemented in the minds of people in general and in the minds of children and students in particular, that these categories are role models , which is , which owns the money and influence and fame , while scientists personalities to be honored after her death , and does not provide them the required support .
