حقوق الإنسان في الشرق الأوسط مقلقة ولا و يجد ثقافة احترام حقوق الانسان, في العقد الاخير, تعرض الكثيرون لانتهاكات جسيمة لحقوقهم الإنسانية على نطاق واسع, خاصة لمن يعيشون في سوريا واليمن ومصر والبحرين,والعراق, جرت خطوات في طريق حقوق الإنسان في الشرق الأوسط فجامعة الدول العربية كانت ستعلق عضوية ليبيا في الشهر التالي بذريعة حقوق الإنسان, وفي البحرين، أثار القمع الذي مارسته الحكومة موجة من القلق على الصعيد الدولي، وكذلك معارضة داخلية، بلغتا حداً اضطر الملك إلى اتخاذ خطوة غير مسبوقة بتعيين لجنة لتقصي حقيقة ما وقع من أحداث، وخلصت هذه إلى تقديم تقرير من 500 صفحة عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان, أطرت سوريا إلى قبول مراقبين من الدول العربية، ووقَّع المنصف المرزوقي بيان منظمة العفو الدولية من أجل التغيير، متعهداً باحترام التدابير العشرة المهمة لحقوق الإنسان التي تضمنها.
ونرجع في قصة انتهاك حقوق الانسان الى عهد الرومان ,و في عادة الرومان أن يجلدوا المحكومين عليهم قبل الحكم ، وان عملية الجلد تتم بتعرية القسم العلوي للشخص و جلده بسوط ثلاثي، وكثيرًا ما كان المحكومون يموتون خلال عملية الجلد نفسها , ونجد ان السيد المسيح(عليه السلام) تعرض للجلد, ولم يكتف الجند بجلده، بل جدلوا له تاجًا من شوك، بالإضافة الى السخرية ، كما أخذوا بلطمه, و وصلبه بعد ذلك , والصلب يعتبر الأكثر ابتكارًا في القسوة ، فبعد أن يجلد المحكوم عليه يتحول إلى كتلة لحم متوهجة ثم يثبت على الصليب بمسامير في اليدين والرجلين ويترك على هذه الحالة حتى يموت؛ وربما تعفن جسده أو قامت الحشرات والطيور بالاستيطان به, ومن القصص المشابهة لهذه القسوة هي القتل بالسيف , ونذكر قصة زواج الملك هيرودس من زوجة أخيه , وكان هيرودس يخاف يوحنا إذ قال له بأنه لا يجوز زواجه بزوجة أخيه فهذا لا يحل له, لذلك، هيرودس سجن يوحنا وكانت هيروديا حاقدة على يوحنا من ذلك وفي عيد ميلاد الملك هيرودس دعا العظماء والقواد لعشاء فاخر ودخلت ابنة هيروديا (سالومي) لترقص فسرّ هيرودس الملك , وقال الملك لها أطلبي ما تشائين وأقسم على هذا أمام فطلبت رأس يوحنا المعمدان على طبق, وأرسل الملك سيافاً وأمر أن بجلب رأس يوحنا , وجلب رأسه للصبية، فحمل رأس سيدنا يحيى عليه السلام إليه في طست .
وهذا العنف تبلور الى اشكال منها , الاتجار في الأطفال شكل من أشكال الاتجار بالبشر, تعرف بأنها التعيين أو النقل أو إيواء أو استقبال الأطفال بهدف الاستغلال, ومثلا على ذلك حالت الطفلة( نجود) , فقد فسخت محكمة غرب الأمانة عقد زواج الطفلة نجود ناصر ذات الـ8 سنوات, وقالت نجود عقب حكم الخلع , إن ما حدث كان نتيجة نضالها الشخصي وبتعاون مع صحفيين ومنظمات, وقالت نجود أن ظروف والدها المعيشية صعبة حيث يعيل 13 طفلاً ,تسببت في زواجها, وحسب اقوال المحامية فإن القضاء اليمني لا يستطيع تجريم الواقعة لعدم وجود قانون يحمي الأطفال دون الـ 15 من الزواج!! .والتي اعتقد انها ليست الوحيدة في اليمن , اعتقد ان هناك آلاف الحالات المشابهة من الزواج المبكر , ولقد ظهر في السعودية قبل شهر ونصف من اليوم قاض سعودي حكما يقضي بزواج الطفلة (دينا علي) تبلغ من العمر ثماني سنوات من رجل سعودي فوق الخمسين, مقابل مبلغ سبعت الاف دولار,و ذكرت تقارير منظمة الصحة العالمية أن أفضل تنبؤ للعنف على الصعيد الدولي يرتبط بمدى سؤ معاملة المرأة في المجتمع, ونجد هناك ارقام سجلت في العنف ضد المرأة في الكثير من الدول: أن زهاء 60% من النساء التركيات فوق سن الخامسة عشرة تعرضن للعنف على أيدي رجال من داخل أسرهن والغريب, أن (70%) من هؤلاء السيدات اللاتي يتعرضن للضرب لا يحبذن الطلاق حفاظاً على مستقبل الأولاد،
(سريمه عبادي 30 عامأً) ،(آذر باقري 15 عاماً) ،(زهرا رضائي 30 عاماً) (آذر كيري ،18 عاماً) (زينب حيدري 38 عاماً( ومئات اخريات , انها اسماء نساء لم يتخرجن من جامعة هارفرد وهذا التقيم العلمي لهن.
لا انها اسماء سيدات اتهمن بإقامة علاقة حب ولهذا رجمن حتى الموت , وواحده منهن بطلت هذا المعرض ثريا, قتلت “ثريا” رجماً بالحجارة، ليس لشيء, سوى اشباع لرغبة زوجها الجنسية ليتمكن من الزواج بفتاة أخرى بعمر 7-8 سنوات دون أن يتحمل أعباء نفقة زوجته الأولى، فدبر لها مكيدة “تهمة الزنا” مستخدماً فيها قوة الدين فأظهره بأقبح وجه..ويدرك العالم أن هناك من يستخدم الدين لتحقيق رغباته وطموحاته البشرية، وبأبشع صورة، الدين الذي جاء به الانبياء، لم يعد موجوداً, لأن ما كان يحمله من معان نبيلة قضي عليها حتى أصبح غريباً في عقر داره.
قصة “رجم ثريا” يعرض تجربة حقيقية لفتاة في إحدى قرى إيران “كوباي” التي رفضت أن تقبل بالطلاق من زوجها دون أن يتحمل نفقتها وأطفالها الشهرية، فبدأ بتحريض أطفالها ضدها، ثم استخدم ورقة الدين، الورقة الأكثر نفعاً ، فتم اتهامها بـ”الزنا”, تفضح قصة افكار اناس يتقنعون بقناع الايمان والله , قتلوها آخذين الشرعية من عالم القرية، الكتب الدينية التي أصبحت تحمله من يريد أن يتحكم بالناس ومصيرهم، حتى أصبحنا نعاني من هذا التطرف كل يوم وهو يستغل لخدمة أفراد أو جماعات أو أحزاب, لتحقق أهدافها ضد جماعات أو أطراف أخرى, (ثريا منوتشهري) سيدة إيرانية حكم عليها بالرجم عام 1986،في قرية (كوه بايه) التابعة لمحافظة كرمان، أم لأربعة أطفال،ولدان وبنتان, مأساة قديمة انتظر العالم ما يقرب من عشر سنوات حتى يعلم قصتها من كتاب الصحفي الفرنسي الإيراني الأصل (فريدون صاحب جم) ،الذي أصدره عام (1994) تحت عنوان (رجم ثريا)،والذي يحكي فيه قصة ثريا بعد أن سمعها مصادفة من خالتها (زهرا), رغم أن هناك من يتناول قضية رجم الفتيات الصغار او قطع رقابهن بواسطة السيف كما في دول اخرى , او اطلاق النار عليهن , اللائي دون الثامنة عشر، بوصفها موضوع طبيعي ، وبالتالي يصبح من يبلغ هذا السن مسؤولاً أمام القانون عن أفعاله.
