بيان عاجل:
سيدتي سيدي تحية وبعد، بداية نوجه تحياتنا الخالصة، إلى كل هذه الحركات المناضلة، التي أعادت حقيقة، الأمل للشعب المغربي في استرجاع كرامته، بعد أن ظل فاقدا لها منذ عقود مع يأس كبير، تلك الكرامة التي لا وجود بدونها لحياة، فما أروع ما تقومون به. وبالمناسبة نضم صوتنا لأصواتكم، ونشد على أيديكم، فجزاكم الله عن الشعب المغربي خير جزاء، كما لا يفوتنا أن نتقدم بأحر التهاني إلى كل السجناء السياسيين، الذين غادروا الزنازن بفضل سواعدكم ويد الله مع الجماعة، ونتمنى للباقين الفرج القريب.
قضيتي مع المؤسسة الملكية المغربية طويلة جدا، وخطيرة جدا،
يمتد عمرها لثمانية عشر 18 عاما بالمغرب وعشرين 20 عاما ببلجيكا، ولا يتسع المقام لسردها هنا، لكن باختصار شديد أقول: بسبب نقد كتبته خمس سنوات قبل خروجي من المغرب، بعنوان هذه حقوق الإنسان بالمملكة المغربية، إنتقدت من خلاله الدور الخطير للمؤسسة الملكية في الموضوع - ولاحقا، جاء ظهور معسكرات التعذيب السرية، والمقابر الجماعية السرية، وما لا حصرله من المختطفين ومجهولي المصير...... لينصفني في ما كتبت؟ ـ وسلمت نسخة منه للسلطات المختصة بحق اللجوء السياسي ببلجيكا، قبل حصولي على الإعتراف كلاجئ سياسي معترف به رسميا بتاريخ 1993/09/01 هذه نسخة منه تصلكم. المؤسسة الملكية بواسطة مخابراتها حصلت على نسخة منه فقررت محاصرتي ببرنامج شامل لكل أشكال الإضطهاد، مايزال ساري المفعول حتى هذه اللحظة. ومن بين حلقاته الخطيرة، تعرضت لمحاولة إختطاف مرتين، الثانية 05/03/2007 وعلى إثرها سحبت جنسيتي المغربية بصفة نهائية، لقطع الطريق على الإختطاف، وكتبت رسالة في الموضوع 06/03/2007 توصل بها وزيرالخارجية المغربية بالبريد المضمون 21/03/2007 أطلب فيها من النظام الملكي تسهيل خروج أبنائي من المغرب. وانتقاد المؤسسة الملكية في المغرب كما هو معلوم، هوالخط الأحمر الذي لايتجاوزه أحد ويبقى على قيد الحياة، فبدل أن تسهل الأخيرة خروج أبنائي إلى بلجيكا، كلفت مخابراتها باحتجازهم كرهائن وفرض حصار إعلامي وحقوقي على قضيتهم مايزال ساري المفعول حتى الآن، وكل الجرائد المغربية التي تناولت القضية، قامت المخابرات بشراء أعدادها جميعا وبذلك فرضت على القضية حصار إعلاميا. وهكذا وبعد ثلاثين شهرا وأبنائي يطرقون ليل
نهار، أبواب جميع المنظمات الحقوقية المغربية دون جدوى، بل منعتهم المخابرات حتى من تقديم طلب التأشيرة داخل القنصلية البلجيكية بأكادير 19/05/2010 وذهب ولدي لقنصليتها العامة بالدارالبيضاء 02/06/2010 وأخرجته الشرطة منها واعتقلته خمس ساعات وتجسست على الملف ونسخته وسحبت وثيقة منه. وعلى مدى 75 يوما من المحاولات مع كل الحقوقيين والسياسيين والإعلاميين بالدارالبيضاء، وأكثرمن مائة محام لم يستطع أحد منهم أن يساعد أبنائي لا في تسليم طلب التأشيرة للسلطات البلجيكية بالقنصلية، ولا حتى في عقد ندوة صحفية لنقل القضية إلى الرأي العام؟! وذلك بسبب وجود المؤسسة الملكية كطرف في القضية، ونتحدى أيا كان أن يشكك في هذا، فإن لدينا أشرطة صوتية لمكالمات هاتفية أجريناها مع بعض المحامين في الموضوع تؤكد صحة مانقول؟، والشئ الوحيد الحاصل، هو مقال في الموضوع كتبته أسبوعية الأيام مشكورة، 10/07/2010 بعنوان : حكاية أبناء اللاجئ السياسي الممنوعين من السفر إلى بلجيكا، ( رغم أن المخابرات تشتري جملة، كل عدد يتناول القضية، لتفرض بذلك حصارا إعلاميا غير مباشر). وكل هذا بعد أن جاءو للرباط في غشت 2009 لعقد ندوة صحفية، فامتنعت كل المؤسسات الإعلامية و الحقوقية والسياسية عن مساعدتهم فألغيت، ولدينا أشرطة عديدة لمكالمات هاتفية في الموضوع. بعد كل هذا صاروا يستغيثون الخارج، وصدفة إتصلوا بمحام مصري إسمه محمود الزهيري، بمحافظة القليوبية - بندرطوخ، تعريفه القومي 2640303140059 وبعثت له ألف 1000 أورو، لكنه بدل أن ينقذ أبنائي، باع القضية وتآمر مع المؤسسة الملكية ليخطفوني مع الأسف الشديد، كما يشهد بذلك بيانه الشهيرالمؤرخ 30/09/2010 حيث كتبه باسمي
وصفتي كلاجئ سياسي ولم يكتبه باسمه كمحام، وتحدث فيه على لساني وليس على لسانه هو، بأنني : أعترف صراحة بأنه لا يوجد مشكل بيني وبين المؤسسة الملكية إطلاقا، وأنني أؤيد القصر في كل ما يقوله أو يفعله، وأن كل ما حدث و يحدث في المغرب من جرائم ضد الإنسانية، من إبادات جماعية – كما تشهد بذلك المقابر الجماعية السرية ومعسكرات التعذيب السرية وما لا حصرله من المختطفين ومجهولي المصير...... - كل ذلك لاعلاقة للمؤسسة الملكية به وإنما هو من صنع جهاز الأمن وحده. وأني أعترف بما يسميه القصر ظلما وزورا هيئة الإنصاف والمصالحة والإصلاحات الديمقراطية...... وأن المؤسسة الملكية مؤسسة ديمقراطية مثالية، وأني بعد 20 سنة من المنفى أرغب في الحصول على العفو الملكي للعودة إلى المغرب. نعم، هذا هو ما يقوله السياق العام لبيانه تصريحا وتلميحا، رغم الجهد الواضح الذي بذله للتمويه على القارئ، مما يدل على أن من كتب البيان هو القصر، بقلم المحامي محمود الزهيري. وللإشارة فإن الخطابات الملكية التي حفل بها بيانه قد احتلت 80% من مساحته ؟؟؟ ليتحول بذلك محمود الزهيري من محام ضد القصر، إلى مؤرخ للقصر. (هذه نسخة منه تصلكم مع هذا البيان) وطلب مني التوقيع عليه ليقوم بعملية النشر والتبليغ للمحافل الدولية والرأي العام. فاعترضت وكتبت بيانا 06/10/2011 أفضح فيه المؤامرة وأطلب من المعنيين بحقوق الإنسان وعلى رأسهم نقابة المحامين، ووزارة العدل المصرية، تقديم المجرم المتخفي في رداء محام محمود الزهيري ومن معه للعدالة، ومنعه من ممارسة مهنة المحاماة نهائيا داخل مصر وخارجها طبقا للقانون، حتى لا يتاجر بالمزيد من أرواح الأبرياء، وفتح تحقيق يكون بالصوت والصورة
للكشف للرأي العام عن الحقائق في هذه المؤامرة الخبيثة والجريمة النكراء السابقة من نوعها. وبعد الحملة الإعلامية التي قمنا بها على صعيد الوطن العربي و ما نتج عنها من مواقف صدرت و مازالت من مؤسسات حقوقية وإعلامية و غيرها - هذه قائمة بأسمائها تصلكم مع هذا البيان - كلها تدين و تندد بجريمة احتجاز أبنائي كرهائن، و بجريمة مؤامرة الإختطاف وتطالب بفتح التحقيق، وعدم الإفلات من العدالة. مما جعل المؤسسة الملكية في قفص الإتهام من جديد يستحيل الخروج منه هذه المرة، لدرجة أن السفارة المغربية في عاصمة دولة عربية شبه خليجية، يوجد بها موقع إلكتروني ينشرعن قضيتنا باستمرار، إتصلت به هاتفيا تحذره من مغبة الإستمرار في النشر. فقال لهم رئيسه : نحن نمارس دورنا الإعلامي طبقا للقانون، وإذا كان لديكم تعقيب فينبغي أن تتصلوا بنا بمقال مكتوب وبصفة رسمية وحينها سنرد. ثانيا نحن لا ننشر لطرف دون آخر، إذا كان لديكم ما تردون به على خصمكم حمودا فمرحبا، ما الذي يمنعكم أن تاتونا به لننشره؟، ثالثا ألا ترون أن اتصالكم بنا بهذه الطريقة السرية، بدل الطريقة العلنية الرسمية، هو دليل على ضعف الحجة لديكم ؟؟، ؟؟، ؟؟؟. ونفس الأسلوب يتصرف به المجرم محمود الزهيري : يتصل سرا بالمنظمات الحقوقية والمواقع الإلكترونية ويهددها بالمحاكمة، ويتجنب الظهور للرأي العام بأي حال!؟. وفي محاولة منها لإخفاء معالم الجريمة، لإثبات براءتها: أرغمت المؤسسة الملكية اثنتين من بناتي على التصريح لصحيفة وادنون المغربية 01/12/2010 بأنهما ليستا محتجزتين كرهينة وأنه لا يوجد مشكل بينهما وبين النظام ومخابراته ولم يسبق لهما قط أن تقدمتا بأي طلب لأي جهة للخروج من المغرب وأن المشكل إنما هو مشكل
عائلي محض، لكون والدهما ببلجيكا ومنذ سنوات لم يبعث لهما أي نقود للنفقة. فكتبت 21/12/2010 ردا مصحوبا بنسخة لستة أعداد من الجرائد المغربية الست التي تناولت قضية أبنائي بأجمعهم، بأسمائهم وتوقيعاتهم كأبناء لاجئ سياسي محتجزين كرهائن من طرف مخابرات المؤسسة الملكية، ويناشدون المنظمات الحقوقية لإطلاق سراحهم عاجلا وإلحاقهم بوالدهم في بلجيكا. وأن أيا من المؤسسة الملكية أو البنتين لم يحاكم هذه الجرائد أو يعترض عليها لا كتابيا ولا شفويا، مما يؤكد صحة مانقلته. ثانيا إذا كانت الحجة التي ستراوغ بها المؤسسة الملكية الآن، هي أنها لم تكن على علم بما نقلته الجرائد، فها هي الآن قد علمت، وشاهدت وتشاهد بعينيها على كل المواقع الإلكترونية العربية ما نقلته الجرائد المغربية، فهل ستقوم بمحاكمتها أو على الأقل تطلب فتح تحقيق يكشف للرأي العام عن الحقيقة، لتثبت براءتها من هذه الجريمة ؟؟ لكن أتحداها أن تفعل!. وبالإضافة إلى هذه الجرائد، كان ردي مصحوبا أيضا بالوثائق البنكية، التي تثبت أن البنتين كانتا تتوصلان من عندي بمبالغ مالية، لم تتوقف إلا حينما تبين أنهما قد تنازلتا عن طلب الخروج من المغرب إلى بلجيكا، تنفيذا لأمر المخابرات التي لفقت لهما أشرطة جنسية وهددتهما بنشرها على اليوتوب ما لم تستجيبا لمطلبها، مما يؤكد مرة أخرى أن ما صرحتا به لصحيفة وادنون، هو من صنع المؤسسة الملكية. وهنا تبين للأخيرة أنها قد وضعت نفسها في مأزق أخطر من الأول وأن المخرج ضروري وبأي ثمن. فلم تجد هذه المرة غير استعمال القمع الحديدي بواسطة الشرطة والمحكمة وعصابات من بلطجية المخزن، وسيلة لمنع أبنائي من مراسلة وسائل الإعلام وتكميم أفواههم . إذ هاجم شرطيان ولدي في البيت 26/01/2011 واقتاداه إلى مركزالشرطة
بسيدي إفني، وقبل أن يحققا معه في ما قالا إنه تهمة بسرقة الجار وهما يعلمان طبعا أن الأمرلا يتعلق بالسرقة وإنما بمخطط للقمع والتعذيب لتكميم الأفواه قام أحدهما بصفعه داخل المكتب وبدون سبب، صفعة غيبته عن الوجود نصف ساعة واعتقله في مكان أربع ساعات مفترشا الأرض وملتحفا السماء مع الأسف الشديد. كما هاجمته عصابة من بلطجيات المخزن داخل البيت وللمرة الرابعة، منذرة إياه بالطرد منه إذا لم يتوقف نهائيا عن مراسلة الإعلام. و من ناحية أخرى وبعد أن فشلت كل المحاولات لإقناع الثالثة من بناتي بالتنازل عن طلب الخروج من المغرب كرهائن محتجزين، قام عنصران من المخابرات بالهجوم عليها في البيت، في الأسبوع الثاني من فبراير 2011 وبالعنف أرغماها على تنفيذ الطلب والإعتزال الكامل لشقيقها المتمرد على أوامرهم، مستخدمين كل أنواع التعذيب من صفع وركل ولكم وبصق وسب وشتم وإهانة وإذلال، مع العلم أنها مريضة ولم تخرج من البيت منذ سبع سنوات إلا مرتين، للتوقيع على بعض الوثائق الرسمية الضرورية، فأي دولة للحق والقانون هذه؟!! . وهناك عصابات أخرى مشكلة من الشيوخ والمقدمين وبعض مستشاري البلدية وبعض الجيران وعناصر من المخابرات يمارسون عليهم شتى أنواع القمع والتعذيب، فقط لأن الأمر باحتجازهم أمر ملكي، والأوامر الملكية عليها خطوط حمراء تمنع مناقشتها، مع الأسف الشديد، ماذا يعني أن يحتجز أبناء لا ذنب لهم سوى أن والدهم لاجئ سياسي، إنتقد دورالمؤسسة الملكية في موضوع حقوق الإنسان؟، ثم ما معنى أن تلتزم كل المؤسسات المغربية الصمت في هذه الجريمة، بمبرر أن المؤسسة الملكية طرف في القضية؟، المساعدة الوحيدة التي حصل عليها أبنائي في المغرب كانت من عدد لابأس به من المناضلين
الأوفياء، أغلبهم من سيدي إفني، إذ أصدرو عريضة تضامن تحمل أسماءهم وتوقيعاتهم __هذه نسخة منها تصلكم __ يساندون فيها أبنائي وينددون باحتجازهم كرهائن ويطالبون النظام بإطلاق سراحهم فورا وإلحاقهم بي في بلجيكا، ويحملونه المسئولية كاملة عن النتائج وماستئول إليه قضيتهم!، وأيضا من الذين تناولوها إعلاميا، فهؤلاء جميعا لايفوتني بالمناسبة أن أجدد لهم كل آيات الشكر والتقدير والإحترام. لقد ثبت من خلال قضية المعارض المغربي المقيم بالشيلي، الذي ظهر مؤخرا على شريط على اليوتوب ومن خلال قضايا لاجئين سياسيين ومعارضين آخرين، أن المخابرات تقوم أول ماتقوم به، وبكل وسائل المافيا، بخلق مشكل عائلي وهمي، حرصا منها على تصوير القضية للرأي العام على أنها مشكل عائلي محض، والنتيجة الطبيعية لهذا التصوير، هي إخفاء معالم الجريمة ودور النظام الملكي فيها، وهذا هو الهدف. منذ خمس سنوات نصحني الطبيب بإجراء عملية جراحية على رجلي عاجلا، لكن بسبب خوفي من انتقام المؤسسة الملكية مني بواسطة الطبيب، كأن يحقنني مثلا بإبرة ملوثة بإحدى الفيروسات الخطرة، أخرت العملية إلى أجل غير محدد، رغم معاناتي مع المرض، لأن المعاناة مع الفيروس أخطر منها مع المرض. وجاءت حادثة أبريل 2008 من طبيب كنت أزوره شهريا بسبب مرض القلب والربو، لتؤكد أن خوفي كان في محله وأن المؤسسة الملكية عازمة كل العزم أن تنتقم مني مهما كان الثمن، فسلمت للنيابة العامة شكاية في الموضوع. وشهرا بعد شهر يتضخم المرض ويزداد فداحة وألما، حتى بلغت الآن مرحلة، هي أقصى مراحل الخطر!، إنها حالة لايصدقها عقل، ووضعية إنسانية لامثيل لها. المؤسسة الملكية تدفع في كل اتجاه، في سباق مع
الزمن لإنهاء القضية بعيدا عن العدالة: بدءا بالحصارات الإعلامية والحقوقية، ثم بإجبار اثنتين من بناتي على التنازل عن طلب مغادرة المغرب، ثم بمنعهم تقديم طلب التأشيرة، ثم بمحاولة الإختطاف، ثم بتهديد المواقع الإلكترونية، ثم بإجبار الثالثة من بناتي على التنازل، وأخيرا وليس آخرا، باستعمال الكمامة الحديدية بواسطة الشرطة والمخابرات والمحكمة وعصابات البلطجية. كل هذا على ماذا يدل؟ يدل على قناعة القصر الراسخة، بأن احتجاز أشخاص كرهائن هو جريمة ضد الإنسانية، وأن محاولة اختطاف لاجئ سياسي هي جريمة سياسية خطيرة، وبالتالي وصول الملف إلى العدالة الدولية سيجعله يخسر الكثير، داخليا و خارجيا، وأوله إنتزاع أبنائي من قبضته الحديدية نزعا. وتعامله مع القضية بهذه الدرجة من الهيستيريا: مؤشر كبير على أن الأسوأ، هو ما سيحمله المستقبل في المنظور القريب وربما العاجل، ليس بالنسبة لأبنائي فحسب، ولكن كذلك بالنسبة لي شخصيا، لاسيما وهو يعلم يقينا، أن لا خيار أمامي سوى العدالة لإنقاذ أبنائي. فإذا كانت هذه هي تحركاته في العلن، فما هي ياترى تحركاته في السر؟؟ لكن في النهاية، الخوف لايطيل عمرا ولايبرر استعبادا أو ذلا. لكل الأسباب المذكورة، نناشدكم سيدتي سيدي أن تساعدونا في المطالب التالي:
1 ) الضغط على المؤسسة الملكية لإنهاء القمع الممنهج على أبنائي وإطلاق سراحهم فورا وإلحاقهم بي في بلجيكا
في أسرع وقت ممكن.
2 ) الضغط من اجل تقديم المجرم المتخفي في رداء محام محمود الزهيري ومن معه للمحاكمة وعدم الإفلات من
العدالة.
3 ) منعه من ممارسة مهنة المحاماة نهائيا داخل مصر وخارجها طبقا للقانون، حتى لا يتاجر بالمزيد من أرواح
الأبرياء
4 ) إلزامه بأن يعيد لنا مبلغ ألف ١٠٠٠ أورو الذي توصل به سابقا.
5 ) العمل من أجل فتح تحقيق يكون بالصوت والصورة لتعريف الرأي العام بالحقائق كما هي في هذه الجريمة ضد
الإنسانية وفضح الجناة أكثر.
6 ) الضغط من أجل تقديم الشرطي المجرم محمد (تيمستيت) ومن معه للمحاكمة وعدم الإفلات من العدالة.

Urgent statement:
Madam, Sir, in first we address our sincere compliments, to all organizations which are struggling to restore the truth and hope to the Moroccan people to recover its missing dignity, after having been lost for long decades by the huge desperation, a dignity that life does not exist without it, how wonderful what you are doing. By the way, we join our call to yours, we are encouraging you. God recompences the Moroccan people the best reward, and we can not fail to extend our warmest congratulations to all political prisoners, who had left their cells by thanks of your big fight. May the power of God be with you, and we hope deleverence for all the rest.
My case against the Royal Institution of Morocco is very long, and very dangerous, which endured eighteen 18 years in Morocco and twenty 20 years in Belgium, we have not enough space to narrate it here, but very briefly I say, because of the criticism in an article I wrote five years before I came out of Morocco, titled- This is human rights in the Kingdom of Morocco- I criticized through this essay the dangerous role of the institution of the monarchy in the topic.
Later, appearance of secret torture camps, secret mass graves , and large number of the abducted and unaccounted with unknown fates ...... to punish me for what I wrote? I handed over a copy of my article to the competent authorities responsables for political asylum in Belgium, before I got my recognition as a political refugee officially recognized on 09/01/1993 This is a copy of the article.
The Royal Institution and its intelligence have obtained a copy of that artcile, so they decided to besiege me in a comprehensive program of all forms of presecution still valid until this moment. Among the serious episodes, they tried to abduct me tow for times, the second in 05/03/2007. the reason why I disavowed and rejected my moroccan nationality once for all. to block any sudden kidnapping attempt, and I wrote a letter in this issue the to the Moroccan Foreign Minister in 06/03/2007, registered via mail and delevered in 21/03/2007. thereafter, I asked the monarchy to facilitate the exit of my children from Morocco. Well-known, criticism of the monarchy in Morocco, as is known as taboo, or red line, who overcomes it will be killed. Instead of facilitating the exit of my children to Belgium, they ordered its intelligence to detain my them as hostages and lay siege on media and rights to their cause which is still valid until now waiting for right opportunity to revenge in a certain deadly road accident or somehow by the hellish ways of intellegence to massacre them. Therefor all the moroccan newspapers that dealt with this case have been bought by the Moroccan intelligence in order connive the cause, the siege imposed on the media. Thus, after thirty months, my children were knocking days and nights on the doors of all human rights organizations of Morocco but without any result. The most shocking, Moroccan intelligence has even prevented them to ask for visa application in the Belgium Consulate in Agadir 19/05/2010 and they (my children) went to ask for visa in the General Consulate in Casablanca 02/06/2010 and the police arrested my son Mohamed Hmouda for five hours and spied on the file and copied it, then they have stolen a document from the visa folder to disrupt their way. Over the 75 days of attempts with all the lawyers, politicians and journalists in Casablanca, and more than one hundred lawyer could not help my children to apply for the visa application into the Belgian authorities in the Belgian consulate, not even to hold a press conference to transfer the case to public opinion?! due to the presence of the Royal Institution as a party in the crime of detaining my children as hostages, and we challenge anyone would question this, we still have audio tapes of phone calls we had with some of the lawyers in the subject to confirm what we say?, And the only thing caused, by thanks, is an article about the subject publshed in Alayame magazine in 10/07 / 2010 entitled: A tale of political refugee children banned from travel to Belgium, (although the intelligence buy all copies of the newspapers that dealt with the case in this issue, to impose an information blockade so indirectly). All afterwards, my children came to Rabat in August 2009 to hold a press conference, hereafter, all media organizations and human rights organizations and political parties have refused to help them and abolished it under threats of the moroccan intellegence. we still keep several tapes of telephone calls in the subject. After the media campaign that we made at the level of the Arab world and what the resulting attitudes were and are still being essued of human rights organizations, medias and others - hereon you can find out a list of their names through this statement - all condemn and denounce the crime of holding my children as hostage, and the crime of kidnapping plots and demanded an investigation , so not to escape from justice or impunity. that s what made the Royal Institution in the dock again, impossible to get out of it this time. In an attempt to conceal the crime, to prove its fake innocence, the royal palace have forced my two daughters to announce in a statement of the Moroccan newspaper named Wad Noun in 01/12/2010 that they are not detainees as a hostage and that there is no problem between them and between the regime and its intelligence, they never are never introduced any request to anyone to go out of Morocco and the problem is a familial purely, in the fact their father was in Belgium for many years and have never sent them any money for expence. Therefore, in 21/12/2010 I wrote in response accompanied by a copy of the six numbers of six Moroccan newspapers that dealt with the issue may all my children, their names and signatures as children of political refugees being held hostage by the Royal Institution and its Intelligence, and they are appealing to human rights organizations to release them as soon as possible to join their father in Belgium. And that none of the Royal Institution or my daughters have not tried these newspapers, or did not object neither writing nor orally, which emphasizes the trueness of the reports. Secondly, if the Royal Institution has any argument to quibble now, is that they were not aware of what was reported by newspapers. right now they got informed, They saw and they see the both arab websites which reported newspapers of Morocco, are they are going to stand a trial, or at least ask to open an investigation to reveals public opinion the truth, to prove its innocence of this crime?? But I challenge the royal institution to do!. In addition to these newspapers, my answer was well accompanied by bank documents, which prove that my daughters obtained sums of money I was sending to them , only stopped when they realized that they may abnegate the request to leave from Morocco to Belgium, yielding to the orders of Moroccan intelligence, which fabricated sex tapes and threatened to publish them on youtube, if they do not obey to their threats and give up, that s emphasize once again what have been stated, by the Wad Noun newspaper , is manufactured by the Royal Institution. Also he was attacked by a gang of thugs instigated by intellegenge, at home for the fourth time, warning him of dismissal, if he did not stop once and for all contacting medias and newspapers. On the other hand, after failure of all attempts to persuade the third of my daughters to stop demanding to go out of Morocco, and to deny she is not hostage being held, a member of the intelligence has attacked her at home, in the second week of February 2011 using all kinds of violence forced her to give up and to retire out of her brother who rebels against their orders, using all kinds of torture, slapping her, kicking and spiting on her face insulting her in humiliation, knowing she was ill, did not went out of the house for seven years only tow times, to sign some necessary official documents. Which state of the rights and the laws is this?!! . There are other gangs composed of many kinds of authorities and some municipality advisers and some neighbors and members of the intelligence whom exercise on my children a various kinds of repression and torture, just because the detention is a royal order which is considered as a red lines none can discuss, unfortunately, what it means to detain the children who have not sined, only because their father is a political refugee, criticized the role in the subject of human rights?, then what does it mean to abide the silence by all the institutions of Morocco for this crime, the justification that the Royal Institution is guilty in this case!!!, the only help my children received in Morocco was one of the great number of sincer activists, mostly from Sidi Ifni, whom launched a long application with broad list solidarity containing their names and signatures __ This is a copy I present to you __ backing my children and condemn their detention as hostages and demanding the immediate release to join me in Belgium, and they put all responsibility of the result and what it brings to their cause, on the charge of royal palace, And also of those who published it on medias, I woul like to present them my best thankfulness and compliments. What does it mean all this? The royal institution try to concieve convincingly , that the detention of hostage is a crime against humanity, and the attempted kidnapping of a political refugee is a serious political crime, and therefore when the cause reach the international justice, therefore the royal institution will lose a lot, both internally and externally, and beginning to extract my children from the iron grip. And dealing with the issue with this degree of hysteria: large index is that the worst is coming up, hold on for the near future and perhaps soon, not only for my children, but also for me personally, especially knowing certainty, that there is no choice for me but only justice to save my children. For all thes mentioned reasons, Madam, Sir, I urge you and I solicit your help in the following demands:
1) Hasten pressure on the Royal Institution to end the systemic oppression on my children and release them immediately to join me in Belgium as soon as possible.
2) Set on pressure to judge the criminal Mahmoud Zuhairi disguised under a robe of lawyer into his trial and not to escape from justice.
3) prevent him from practicing law once inside and outside Egypt according to the law, so as to not traded more innocents lives
4) Compel on him to give us back the amount of thousand Euros he took previously from me.
5) work to investigate audio and video to show to the public opinion the facts as they are in this crime against humanity in order to disclose the thugs more and more.
6) we ask to bring to justice the criminel Mohammed Timstit officer of police and those with him to trial to avoide impunity.
