Jesus Teaches Nicodemus
3 Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council. 2 He came to Jesus at night and said, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.”
3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.[a]”
4 “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!”
5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You[c] must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from´-or-where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”[d]
9 “How can this be?” Nicodemus asked.
10 “You are Israel’s teacher,” said Jesus, “and do you not understand these things? 11 Very truly I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony. 12 I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe-;- how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? 13 No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.[e] 14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,[f] 15 that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.”[g]
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.
Then Christ Jesus is the legislator who create the laws beholding to the Christianity since He doesn’t the Rabbi who overlaid the Law communicated by God to Moses with traditional interpretations and oral explanations but He is the Rabbi who existed in the beginning with God the Father hence He has the status of the Creator and the Legislator from where His wise Teachings are not interpretations´-or-explanations but a constituent Power which a part of the prerogatives of His Deity.
Accordingly Christ Jesus has the mission of entrenching the Truth through His Wise Teachings to reduce ambiguities and promote the initial Human Right namely the right to born again through the Holy Spirit hence the term entrench is precise since Christ Jesus initiated the Religion through the Baptism with the Holy Spirit to have a behaviour which demonstrate the genuineness of their professed repentance so the genuineness is the key of the Religion entrenched by Christ Jesus which distinguish them from the Pharisees Sadducees and scribes known to be hypocrites besides they can never receive the Holy Spirit given that they are incapable to research the repentance but they only look for the terrestrial fame and the money, consequently they are considered a brood of vipers by the last Prophet of Christ Jesus John.
Thus the prior key to search at first is the key of repentance without which there is hardly any Kingdom of Heaven considering that the sinners who are really criminals don’t have the possibility to born again ,which is a right initiated by Christ Jesus like the Life Itself created by Him with His Father in the beginning , to be a bestowal accorded to those who have the true will to be born with the Holy Spirit because in the opposite case their bad faith is presumed through their crimes showing that not only did they want to commit them but they have already perpetrated these crimes and beyond that the only possible way out for these criminals is prison to prevent them from committing other crimes encouraged certainly by the complicit impunity which translates into allowing them to enjoy This is why the subject of their enjoyment is hardly the human rights established´-or-even created by Christ Jesus but a cover under which they commit their crimes without being worried in any case by the vicious and corrupt judicial system and the consumer society which represent the essential components of this cover.
Thence they counted only on the corrupt judicial system and the consumer society looking for the products commercialised in the market regardless the means used to obtain them that is why this system is undoubtedly already destroyed from within and devoid of any sense of ethics it is thus covered by such a system, the lawyers are transformed into mafia traders resorting to any illicit trade and the doctors too.
However God had often pruned back the unrighteous in the fallen world already seduced by the snakes and vipers to be in their image, clever and cunning, crawling to make other beasts his prey, to end up being eaten by one of them in view of this Christ Jesus entrenched the priority of to be born again through the Holy Spirit to be able to be Christians at first and to be His Apostles later i.e. a faithful labours working in this world for the Kingdom of Heaven not as employees but as the Chosen Children of God to be free of the encumbering obligations and expectations of salaries and bonuses and as the incarnation of bravery and ethics which permit to them to stand firmly for the rights created by their Father: Christ Jesus despite the jeers of the crowd´-or-even physical violence to be crowned with the blessedness of the Apostleship.
Ergo Christ Jesus taught the Israel’s teacher who was a member of the Jewish ruling council to initiate the Heavenly Teachings coming from the Kingdom of Heaven which is a Kingdom inaugurated by Him in this world but His Kingdom is already present through the creation which is a prior act that precedes the act of understanding thereupon the Holy Creator is the only incarnation of the human and the divine who is certainly able to understand the truths coming from the Kingdom of Heaven and therefore the term Rabbi unquestionably refers to Christ Jesus who represents those truths created by him initially as a conception before taking the form of a concept taught by him: the Teacher.
