John 2:1-11

Jesus Changes Water Into Wine
2 On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there, 2 and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding. 3 When the wine was gone, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no more wine.”

4 “Woman,[a] why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.”

5 His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.”

6 Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons.[b]

7 Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”-;- so they filled them to the brim.

8 Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.”

They did so, 9 and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside 10 and said, “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink-;- but you have saved the best till now.”

11 What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs through which he revealed his glory-;- and his disciples believed in him. »
From the religious standpoint the quoted verses leave an indelible im-print- of the question of determining the definition of the Miracle hence the domain of religion is characterized by transcending things to penetrate the sense of things thus the Miracle is not to change water to wine but is to have the prerogatives of Deity permitting to change the nature of things i.e. to possess the Divine Power throughout the Holy Spirit to make miraculous changes which remains unquestionably valid as regards the act of repentance which is an act of faith in Christ Jesus.
Then the divine mystery of Christ Jesus is the full revelation of the mystery of the Heavenly Origin of His Miracles hence the terrestrial persons are unable even to grasp the divinity of His miracles as abstract notions than to understand His miraculous power on this earth and if they still question his powers it is in the domain of the antichrists who naturally oppose faith in order to stir up trouble while their facts which can never be acts are criminal facts.
Therefore the Deity of Christ Jesus arrives at the climax of the divine power which transcend the history written by imaginative persons whose imagination is controlled by politicians and publishers looking for best sellers and places in mediocre stories invented to satisfy egocentric people who for lack of existence invent stories in which they are heroes who save the world riding a white horse, this is certainly the stories imagined by brains that are delusional which places them in the position of antichrists given that truth and wisdom are the indisputable properties of the Word of God.
So it was that the context of this Divine Miracle is a wedding to which are invited Christ Jesus Family namely His Mother and His Apostles to entertain great hope about the Future of His owns who have Faith in His Word remaining written in their Hearts as dwellings of the Holy Spirit and His Word will bring prosperity for them accordingly there is good evidence that Christ Jesus’ Kingdom is a Heavenly Kingdom but the signs of His Kingdom are visible in the earth That is why His Apostles were hardly poor in spirit nor in money nor homeless always looking for a devil who promises them houses as well as money but in opposition to the antichrists, they are the dwellings of the Holy Spirit rich in purity and blessings hence the last solemn declaration of love made by Christ Jesus to His Mother it was when he had asked his beloved Apostle John to take the Blessed Virgin Mary home to watch over Her.
Furthermore in the context of the quoted Solemn Declaration of Love to His Mother the Virgin Holy Mary, Christ Jesus heard the sacred Word of His Mother to show Her His love in deed and in truth as an act of faith that must be formalised by deeds and this in the context of the eternal opposition between Christ Jesus and the antichrists, liars by nature and hypocrites as consequence of their liars.
Whence the dialogue between Christ Jesus and His Mother in a ceremonial context is full of wise teachings respecting the status of Christ Jesus as the Rabbi (The Teacher) hence the dialogue begins by listening to respond with truth and sincerity thereby using the language of His Hearer namely His Holy Mother the Virgin Mary to perform “ the first of His miraculous signs” as a Solemn Declaration of love to His Faithful Mother thereupon the recognition of the Deity of Christ Jesus as the performer of miracles due to His Divine Power is a genuine act of remembrance.
