Will Al-Kadhimi Runs an Imaginary Iraq´-or-The Historical?

The new round of designation for Iraqi prime minister position, started in 9 Apr. like there is someone picked up this history, to reset 17 years of US invasion of Iraq, and put a fig leaf upon Iranian occupation, assassination of the Iraqi national identity, and liquidating the Palestine case in the fire of century deal.
Who s Mustafa al-Kadhimi Culturally?
Mustafa al-Kadhimi, who is chosen in this third round of designation, have the prestige of Iraqi intelligence-;- until this moment(I finished the article in 12 Apr) he s heading it, and there is no one as an alternative.
But the most important he s one from the Iraqi intellectual clique, which Portrayed Iraq as two-;- one for Sunnis, all Iraqis who infected with the genes of Iraqi identity and nationalism. and the other one for Shia, where the Shia is more plausible to be the good Samaritans, as a friends to west, regional-Arabs and non-Arabs countries, and for the whole Iraqis, whom they from them.
This narrative is the soul of what was Written by Kanan Makiya, al-Kadhimi s deepest friend, in his novel "the Rope", and in an explanatory booklet about the novel. the Arab readers knew the novel with the name of "Alftna-Sedition".
Al-Kadhimi-;- one of the "Foreigners Iraqis", from the angelic league, whom want to build a country deserved all Iraqis, not like the "league of thirteen", which ride Muqtada al-Sadar, as a winning horse in bloody contest to govern the country. That there is a question hovering over our heads: what can the new prime minister do-;- what are the deeds that he can achieve to change what coming: Iranization of Iraq (inspired by the term Balkanization)?
Irony here-;- I reached in one of my articles "Al-Maliki Built the Daily Best Mosque in Aljadriya", that the fate of Iraq is depending upon the cooperation with the US occupation to hinder his peer-;- the Iranian one which have no regulation except the Iranization of Iraq (1). that mean I want to reset the clock like a fairy tale!
Can a journalism background of al-Kadhimi (2), promoting a new speech, motivating all Iraqi intellectuals to be an obstacles for the foggy destiny of Iraq, which the Iranian light is the only thing wavering above it?
Also we should ask the Iraqi intellectual: can you talk about Iraq as Thierry de Montbrial (3) advised anyone want to talk about European politics to adopt the words of Louis XI: Refrain from easy satisfaction with words enticing useless applause´-or-grudges that are difficult to eradicate. To focus on long-term construction, Europe as a power will remain possible for future generations.
The Appetite of Sectarianism and Racism

Masoud Barzani-;- the Iraqi Kurdish leader, have a great share here too. he welcomed Mustafa al-Kadhimi (6) , but after that he announced about an incident that a group of PMF, raped an Iraqi Kurdish women in Kirkuk (7). All monitors for Iraqi politics, knew there is umbilical cord of interests between Barzani family and Abdul-Mahdi, which driven Nejervan Barzani (as example not exclusive) to suggest on US, through a journalism interview, after the killing of Qasem Soleimani, that Abdul-Mahdi still a valuable asset in Iraqi politics (8).
The US Secretary of state, Mr. Mike Pompeo, announced that US administration will deal with any Iraqi prime minister, put the interests of Iraqi people, as a priority in his agenda, and there is a strategic dialogue proposed to Iraqi government, to be held in June (9), when the Corona pandemic, maybe will reach to an end. Iranian regime from its side, welcomed the appointee of al-Kadhimi (10).
Both-;- will exam what the Iraqi politicians will offer. That when we saw the first line of Iraqi politicians, attended the handover of the commissioning order, by the Iraqi president to the new prime minister, we cannot suppose that the lucks of the third round will end the dispute.
Between Bluff and Hysteria
Iraqi politician leaders, just want to give signals, to Washington and Tehran, that our fingers ready for approval, and in the same time they will try to smell the winds.
Iraq now a Vietnam of the Western Asia, not because the Iranian regime bluff (11), but because the hysteria of Iraqi leaders, to create an imaginary country, as a remedy for the spiritual diseases of the country-;- like Iraqi nationality, Arab nationalism, and the whole malicious historical conditions which created Iraq.
It is not strange, when we read Ibrahim al-Jaafari words: Baghdad established by Sargon the Akkadian (12),´-or-the statement of an ex-transportation minister, alleged in it: the aliens was chosen Nasiriya governorate as an airport before 7000 years (13). All those statements, want to uprooting Iraq from his historical environment.
The new prime minister, must remembering the words of a famous politician, in the Iraqi royal era-;- Tawfiq al-Suwaidi, when he said in his memories: I am a Muslim, Ottoman, and Arabian. That I proposed on him to repeat: I am Muslim, Iraqi-Arabian, my sectarian identity worth no dime, my nationalism identity worth everything if she serving all Iraqis, Arabs and the world as it can, not as I imagined it.
