I realized

He is talking to me

and I am listening.

I realized

the world is seeing

through my eyes

whenever I am blind.


And today

I realized

those who enslaved me

were my slaves.


And today

I am beyond my joyful pain

whispering in the ears of time

" I will never die again ."
