The Egyptian Communist Party reconfirms it will continue the fight and struggle within the ranks of the poor, workers, peasants and all the toilers of the Egyptian people, in the heart of which are the revolutionary free youth... and within the ranks of the true revolutionaries who are demanding completing the march of the revolution until achieving its demands for which it started (Freedom – Dignity – Social Justice). We will share in full capacity in the march of the revolution and the revolutionaries.

The Party announces it will participate with the revolutionary national forces in demonstrations and participate in all peaceful popular marches tomorrow (Friday, 01 February) and after under the banner of (toppling the Muslim Brotherhood regime, demanding early presidential elections and achieving the goals of the revolution).

We will not hurry behind dialogues with reactionary fascist and right-wing forces which are responsible for the bloodshed in the street and responsible for the constitution which enshrines excellence social and religious discrimination and robs the working class and the poor of their right to health, education and housing.

The Communist Party condemns violence by Egyptian authority and the regime, as they threaten the revolution, reject its demands, kill the rebels and arrest them practicing the policy of kidnapping and assault on the revolutionaries. They are primarily responsible for the economic, social, political and security deterioration of the situation in the country.

The Egyptian Communist Party reconfirms that as it has always been with the revolution and people taking to the streets and squares entirely peacefully… calls not to give an umbrella to the repressive authority to suppress the rebels on the pretext of dialogue to renounce violence... We are against any opportunistic accounts to save the authority of the class currently ruling the country, led by the Muslim Brotherhood, which is a brutal authority of a fascist and authoritarian type.

The Egyptian Communist Party calls on all civil forces, keen to the revolution and the revolutionaries to unite and not to separate in order to be able to support the Egyptian people to realize their demands for freedom, dignity, social justice and retribution for the blood of the martyrs.

Long live Egypt... Long live the Revolution... Long live the Struggle of the Egyptian People
