اقامة حفل على شرف الفنان قصي طارق في الN بيروت

اقامة مؤسسة الـ((un حفل لاستقبال الفنان قصي طارق qusay tariq في البنان وقدم قصي في الحفل تسع لوحات هدية لمؤسسة الـ((un اللوحات تتكلم عن احياء السلام في الشرق الاوسط وكيفية تحقيقه السلام , وكان على راس الاستقبال السيدة نينيت كيلي ninette kelley ممثل المفوضية العليا للاجئين في لبنان , والسيد جان نيكولا Jean-Nicolas Beuze نائب الممثل , والسيد شادي المنسق بين قصي طارق qusay tariq والمفوضية , ومجموعه كبيرة من الموظفين والرأساء والوفود الخاصة بالـ((un جاءت لترحب بالفنان قصي طارق الفنان اللاجئ الى بيروت بسبب الاعصار السياسي في العراق . سلم الفنان شهادة تقديرية من قبل مؤسسة الـ((un شاكرية على ما قدمة من جهد.
هدية الفنان قصي طارق qusay tariq كانت 9 لوحات , تشكل اشكال تجريدية لطيور , ورموز للسلام وهن في الحقيقة لوحه واحده مترابطة ...تشبه بانوراما متتالية فكل طير يقص قصه عن السلام وما تبذله مؤسسات حفظ السلام في العالم وجميع اللوحات تجتمع حول اللوحة الرئيسية وهي من القماش بحجم مترو *80 سم رسم علية ايقونة المرأة السوداء التي هي رمز للعبودية , وخلفها قضبان قد فرت منها الى اول لقطه لرؤيا الشمس , تبين الحرية التي يحظى بها الانسان وحولها مجموعه من الحمام اخذ الفنان من كل فنان عالمي شكل الحمامة التي رسمها بشكل مفرغ من اللون فقط البياض , والاشكال في اللوحات المتبقية موجودة فيها .
اعرب السيد قصي طارق عن امتنانه الشديد لما قدمته الـ((un من دعم له وعلى هذا الاستقبال اللطيف .

Qusay is a painter, a writer and an Iraqi refugee. He is the first artist to ever hold a digital art exhibition in Baghdad and the writer of 20 books on arts, politics, Human Rights and literature.
“Painting is my life” says Qusay. “I started drawing and painting since I was a child. The College of Arts in Iraq helped me later to become a professional painter”. Qusay introduced the “Sofia” painting style, a postmodernism type of arts that combines past styles and themes in a modern-day context. ‘My main source of inspiration”, adds Qusay, “are women challenging local traditions and social boundaries”.
On the International Day of Non-Violence, Qusay offered UNHCR Lebanon eight of his artistic paintings that show women s sufferings from war and violence and call for peace and freedom.
Qusay is planning an exhibition in Lebanon soon to shed the light on the challenges facing refugees and their daily struggle to survive difficult living conditions.
