كان الرضا الوظيفي الإجمالي للممرضات مرتبطًا بشكل كبير بالتزامهم العاطفي (2 ذيل -0.001) ومستويات الالتزام الكلي (2 ذيل -.006). وجد Daneshfard و Ekvaniyan في دراستهما الأخيرة في عام 2012 أنه عندما يزداد الالتزام التنظيمي (كلا النوعين العاطفي والمعياري من الالتزام) ، يزداد الرضا الوظيفي أيضًا. وعند الالتزام التنظيمي

استنتاج

ترغب في إحالة المستشفى للآخرين. استكشفت الدراسة الحالية مستويات الرضا الوظيفي والالتزام تجاه التنظيم بين الممرضات الذين تم توظيفهم في مستشفى دبي. ال
أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أهمية العوامل الديموغرافية المختلفة مثل العمر والتعليم وسنوات الخبرة والتخصصات في المتغيرين المذكورين أعلاه. كما تركز الدراسة على إلقاء الضوء على العلاقة بينهما. ارتبط الرضا الوظيفي الكلي للممرضات بشكل كبير بالتزامهم العاطفي ومستويات الالتزام الكلي. وبالمثل ، وجدت الدراسة أن إجمالي مستويات الالتزام التنظيمي للممرضات كان مرتبطًا بشكل كبير بالرضا الوظيفي الخارجي ومستويات الرضا الوظيفي الكلي. كانت نتائج هذه الدراسة قابلة للمقارنة مع دراسات دولية أخرى. انخفاض مستويات الرضا والالتزام بين الممرضات يعيق جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية. وبالتالي ، قد تعاني المنظمات من مختلفة مباشرة وعوامل الرضا غير المباشرة.
