Mr. Secretary-General of the United Nations

My letter to you, sir ..is not private, I am a freelance writer. Interested in world issues, I have many writings in this regard

So you won t waste any of your valuable time reading my letter

I found it my duty to write it down. You ll find it helpful to read it

Allow me, Mr., To address you : Mr. President of the world

Every ruler of a state is responsible for his own country. You are responsible for all the countries of the world

It s a serious responsibility. Perhaps your salary, Mr. Secretary-General

As far as I know, Sir, the budget of the United Nations is made up of financial contributions from all countries - small as well as large, poor and rich - from the money of the peoples of the world, those people that you take care. Including the people of Sudan

I hope you, Sir, have done your international duty towards the people of Sudan

A note : I am not Sudanese. But an Canadian-Egyptian

Of course, Mr. Secretary-General, you know that the ruler of a military coup dictator had allied with a group of generals shared the robbery of power. he proclaimed himself president of Sudan , remained in power for 30 years. Bloodshed, hundreds of thousands were killed in horrendous massacres. He looted and spread corruption and filled prisons. He has been wanted since years ago by the International tribunal . because of his crimes against humanity

The Sudanese people revolted in a peaceful way and demonstrated for months, demanding an end to the rule of the dictator and the military. They did not respond to the people s demand to move away from power and hand over power to a civilian authority. They met peaceful and popular sit-in, shot and killed and bloodshed .. more than once
The military gang received a successor and dictator-aligned ally. Aid from some of the region s rulers detesting the establishment of a democratic civil government in Sudan

Vice President of the Sudanese Military Council. He repeated his visits - he and the President of the Council - to the anti-democratic and anti-civil rule, and received their assistance and advice to conquer the Sudanese people

The bullets of the military - the deposed dictator s men and aides - poured down on the masses of people who were peacefully protesting and protesting

And imposed their conditions on the representatives of the people .. agreement bowing preceded by the shedding of the blood of peaceful protesters .. They conduct a trial - a play of course - to their president and in the end will release him
..!
Where, sir, is your role in protecting the oppressed peoples by rulers who occupy the necks of their people with the strength of tanks and armor, on the ground, and by planes threatening the people from the air
??
Sir: The Sudanese killer " Bashir", when he was at the request of the International Tribunal, traveled outside Sudan several times, visited Saudi Arabia and other countries. The United Nations did not fulfill its duty to demand that those countries extradite him to international justice
The killer visited Damascus in Syria - perhaps his last trip outside Sudan - and was in Russia s hands
Unfortunately, did not arrest and delivered him to international justice

Sir .. The people of Sudan have a right toward you. The United Nations and its Secretary shall carry out their duties toward the people of Sudan

Sir .. Either you are the international body.´-or-not to be

It is a shame for the major countries to mobilize their fleets only to protect the oil route to which they are being imported, without committing themselves to protecting international justice by arresting those wanted for justice

Sir, please send an ultimatum to the military rulers now in Sudan - who have assisted and participated the ousted incest "Bashir" to be handed over him to the international justice within two weeks. Otherwise, international military intervention to arrest them all .. After the disbanding of armed militias and the confiscation of their weapons, without any military representation in the civil transitional government

President of the Sudanese Military Council

Then.. you, Mr. Secretary-General of the United Nations, should ask the major countries to form an international military alliance to implement the arrest warrant of the International Tribunal and its allies who participated Ousted Sudanese dictator " Omar al - Bashir " in the crimes against humanity

Sir, pardon me, let me say: the high salaries of the United Nations staff are not from the pockets of the rulers. but from ther money of the different members peoples in UN , as the people of Sudan

You must serve and help the peoples, either the United Nationsto be , ´-or-not to be

Mr. Secretary-General, I wish you success in your great work entrusted to serve and defend the peace of all peoples and the environment, on all continents of the globe
