In those altruistically and amorously orientated societies over there:
They support the mentally retarded person with all kinds of explicit love,
To the extent that they bestow on him/her the mere characteristic of ‘genius’,
So that he/she may blissfully rejoice as such noble people do in their Elysium!

In these egotistically and rancorously designated societies over here:
They confront the highly advanced person with all sorts of implicit hatred,
To the extent that they abuse him/her with the very accusation of ‘insanity’,
So that he/she may disgracefully suffer as such low people do in their Tartarus!

مِنْ حَقَائِقِنَا هُنَا، وَمِنْ حَقَائِقِهِمْ هُنَاكَ (2)

نَحْنُ، مَعْشَرَ الإِنْسِ، كُلُّنَا مَجَانِينُ، بِالضَّرُورَةِ. فَإِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ أَحَدُنَا مَجْنُونًا (فِعْلاً) فَإِنَّهُ يَدْخُلُ في عَالَمٍ آخَرَ مِنْ عَوَالِمِ الجُنُونِ.

مِنْ حَقَائِقِنَا هُنَا، وَمِنْ حَقَائِقِهِمْ هُنَاكَ!

في العَالَمِ الإِيثَارِيِّ الوَدُودِ وَالحَنُونِ في بِلادِهِمْ:
هَا هُمْ يُؤَازِرُونَ المُتَأَخِّرَ ذِهْنِيًّا عَنْهُمْ بِكُلِّ أَنْوَاعِ الحُبِّ الجَلِيِّ،
وَإِلى حَدِّ اتِّسَامِهِ بِسِمَةِ «العَبْقَرِيَّةِ» ذَاتِهَا،
لِكَيْ يَرْقَى إِلى دَرَجَاتِ النَّعِيمِ، كَمَا يَرْقَى هٰ-;-ؤُلاءِ النُّبَهَاءُ بِنَعِيمِهِمْ!

وَفي العَالَمِ الأَنَانِيِّ الحَسُودِ وَالضَّغُونِ في بِلادِنَا:
هَا هُمْ يُنَاوِئُونَ المُتَقَدِّمَ ذِهْنِيًّا عَلَيْهِمْ بِكُلِّ أَشْتَاتِ الكُرْهِ الخَفِيِّ،
وَإِلى حَدِّ اتِّهَامِهِ بِتُهْمَةِ «الجُنُونِ» ذَاتِهِ،
لِكَيْ يَشْقَى في دَرَكَاتِ الجَحِيمِ، كَمَا يَشْقَى هٰ-;-ؤُلاءِ السُّفَهَاءُ بِجَحِيمِهِمْ!
