I stood on the Vistula River
My memory is burdened
To the time of the Warsawa Uprising
I saw the Nazi bombing
I saw dead birds
Crying wounds
Sweeping darkness
I heard general ‘Bor’ Komorowski
Shouting, let s defeat the invaders
I heard Julius slovisky:
With you, I live
Suffer, shed tears
In Warsawa I saw Palestine
Murder is murder
The killers feed on death
The killers are the same
Nazis´-or-Zionists
Arian´-or-chosen!
The victims are the same:
People who love life!
On the Vistula River I stood
I saw people rejoicing
It’s the triumph of life!
Alas, My Palestine
Your turn will come!
The invaders will be history!
